It honestly disgusts and angers me to no end. Those models were harmless. They made no money and created by people who loved Nintendo and their characters. If anything it was free advertisement for Nintendo. Whenever someone sees Mario running around in Gmod, they’re gonna go “huh, now I kinda wanna play some Mario.” So for Nintendo to take away 20 years worth of love and passion for no fucking reason is insulting. I hope those mods find some protection one day. And I hope Nintendo suffers a significant loss in profits. As far as I’m concerned they can go fuck themselves sideways with a swordfish.

Man, even after so long, these videos are still absolutely hilarious. I see that we have now passed the one-year mark since the last Idiot Box, so I'm hoping that means that Mr. BoSchitt will be coming out with a new one relatively soon. HOWEVER, he should feel free to take his time. I just started getting into animation myself, and I have learned firsthand that it is slow, difficult, and infuriating process.
Personally, I feel 3d is the easiest to do, yet at the same time requires attention to detail to make it fluid and match a style you wan't. It takes much longer than 2D, but it's worth it if you know what you're doing and put yourself to make it look how you envisioned.

I loved the "walking-away song" from the Hulk show played with air horns. And man, the statement on Nintendo's recent overprotective behavior? Priceless. These are always written with a sharp, satirical cleverness that similar videos in the genre never had. The sound effects are always meticulously chosen, placed and leveled; and the animation draws perfectly from cartoons and utilizes comedic timing excellently. The sets aren't overused and are always well sourced or built, and the editing is solid. Most importantly, there's actually a nice, simple, implied narrative that flows from one episode to the next, with all its own tropes, inside jokes, and idiosyncratic plot elements. I completely understand why I typically have to wait around a month for these. To think that a single person is responsible for every element of this production, however small in scale, from writing, to acquiring sets, skins, and sound files, to animating, to recording audio, to editing and mastering, is pretty respectable, in my opinion. One has to be a "jack of all trades." The quality has definitely been maintained, in fact improved, over the years and you've so-far been able to resist the calls for higher quantity and frequency of content in favor of quality; and the excellent replay value of the series is evidence of this. Keep up the good work, man!

I loved the "walking-away song" from the Hulk show played with air horns. And man, the statement on Nintendo's recent overprotective behavior? Priceless. These are always written with a sharp, satirical cleverness that similar videos in the genre never had. The sound effects are always meticulously chosen, placed and leveled; and the animation draws perfectly from cartoons and utilizes comedic timing excellently. The sets aren't overused and are always well sourced or built, and the editing is solid. Most importantly, there's actually a nice, simple, implied narrative that flows from one episode to the next, with all its own tropes, inside jokes, and idiosyncratic plot elements. I completely understand why I typically have to wait around a month for these. To think that a single person is responsible for every element of this production, however small in scale, from writing, to acquiring sets, skins, and sound files, to animating, to recording audio, to editing and mastering, is pretty respectable, in my opinion. One has to be a "jack of all trades." The quality has definitely been maintained, in fact improved, over the years and you've so-far been able to resist the calls for higher quantity and frequency of content in favor of quality; and the excellent replay value of the series is evidence of this. Keep up the good work, man!
