Can you put those pots and pans in dishwasher?
Absolutely! I wash mine is the dishwasher regularly. To be fair though, the manufacturer does state that you should remove them after the rinse cycle before the heated drying starts, but I’ve never done that.

Tramontina also makes a sweet inexpensive enameled cast iron 5 qt dutch oven at a very reasonable price too. If you change out the knob it can withstand even higher heat (for bread baking). I bought a Le Creuset replacement knob for mine @ $20.
Ok~ SO smart, what an excellent idea w/the knob situation- thank you! My husband bought me a 14" Tramontina cast iron skillet (w/cast iron basting lid!) couple yrs ago @Sam's Club ($30) & I absolutely turned my nose up at it- mainly due to my past experience w/Lodge etc. Nothing can compare to the old cast iron, said my snotty rude self. Well, that skillet has become a daily use~ & I have thanked him profusely for not taking it back when I suggested it.
Just wanted to throw in my Tramontina experience w/yours & Will's~ I think because they also make some not so stellar cookware, we might miss the gems if not open minded? Thanks again for the idea- never thought I'd spend $20 on a knob, but heck yes I will!

Loved this round up of kitchen stuff! We have a different version of that ice cream maker that we got for our wedding 12 years ago. We love it! I haven't used it since we started keto, though. I totally should.

DUDE! You taught me how to properly use those rings on my steel mixing bowls. I thought they were just for if you wanted to hang them up or something. I feel kinda dumb, but I just made scrambled eggs, and my whisking game has never been stronger! Thanks Wes!

Oh no! I bought mine at a garage sale years ago, it's my dogs water bowl, I thought the ring was to clip in a cage, I worked at a Veterinary clinic! Love your channel and you sing beautifully!!

Love the detailed information about the tramontina cookware. You should sing in every video!
I have to smile when you reviewed the Tramontina cookware. It reminded me of my father. He used to sell stainless steel cookware at house parties. He would cook a whole dinner for the guests using the cookware. They look almost exactly like the Tramontina except 40+ years ago they had the black plastic handles.
As for mixing bowls. Great investment. I am 60 years old and have my Mom's mixing bowls. Yes they have the ring on the side. I can remember her using the bowls as early as 5 years old.
What great memories. I bet lots of wonderful food has come out of those bowls! ❤️
Microplanes aren't luxury, they are necessity. I own several different sizes of graters...full disclosure, I'm a chef. And your list is great. I own a version of near everything on your list.
I also shop for cast iron pans at flea markets and antique shops. They will last a lifetime with a bit of preventative care.
I'll add my 2 cents - absolutely wonderful item! Those other graters give shreds that are too big - at least for zesting and nutmeg - and micro-grated parmesan is just lovely! Plus, because it is narrow, I never skin my knuckles like on regular graters.
I want the bitty one! I have the other two and I am no chef!!

I'm SOOOO glad I already own most of these things because I never met a kitchen gadget I didn't like. Still, I am getting that knife sharpener (oh well and maybe the Tremontina... or the Ninja...)... On another note, you sing so beautifully!
Chicken and Noodles. Love them. Grandma died when I was 11 so I never learned to make them ike hers. I did develop my own from a knock off of the Cracker Barrel dumpling recipe. Yes, I miss chicken an noodles.

Omg I'm the same way before I commit to any gadget I will TH-cam it, Search it... I was 200 at age 31 and with Keto have been able to lose 60 pounds and the lost track and now 33 and 20 plus gained I started gaining the weight back and came across your channel and I'm back on Keto getting back on track. Welcome back... we missed you! I have an amazing recipe for a low(er) carb Sicilian sausage and spinach dressing/stuffing. It is usually made during the holidays and even though the holidays are almost over, i would still love to share it with you.

One recipe that has been a mind-bender for me to try to figure out how to convert (do you like a good challenge?) is my family's Greek Easter Bread. Traditional with a special family twist, it is addicting and even non-Greeks and non-family fall in love with this amazing sweet (yeast) bread, decorated with colored eggs. Best served warm with melted butter.
It is our tradition to make a ton of it (usually at least 6 loaves at a time, takes all day, 3 risings) and give away the braided loaves to neighbors, family, friends, etc. I have not been able to enjoy it for years now. *cry* . I already adore you, but if you could figure out this one, well, I'd adore ya to the moon and back. :-)
I even have an aunt, married into our family, who took over the tradition and would scrub and line her bathtub in order to make dozens of loaves to send to all of us in different states, give to family close by, etc. She did this EVERY YEAR. She adopted that tradition and really made it something special. Special memories, special once-a-year-treat, special place in my heart. Something I'd love to continue in a way I and so many around me now could enjoy.

OMG! The spiralizer! I bought one from pampered chef for $60 and it was crap. I found one of the Spiralizers at Marshall's for $13. Best thing ever. I sold my pampered chef one the next week. I loooooooove the Spiralizer!

I have an old recipe "Chicken Casserole" from back in the day - it's 1 C rice, a pkg of frozen chopped broccoli, 1/2 c onion, 1/2 c celery, 1/3 can of mushrooms, then 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups of cooked chicken and 8 oz Cheez Whiz. To-die-for Granny's recipe! I have no idea how to replicate that flavor in low carb. If you think this is one worth pursuing, let me know. You the chef, me NOT. Love you, Wes.

Tramontina! I live just outside of Sugar Land, Texas - where Tramontina is! You can buy the tri-ply clad at Best Buy, too. If you haven't tried their enameled cast iron, I strongly recommend it. You will be so pleased. I have never found the tri-ply, but frequently find the enameled cast iron at Tuesday Morning for an excellent price. I completely love the cutting board, and agree with you completely about the drainage ring. I never feel like my board is completely clean when it has that ring. As always, it is lovely to see you. I have a Tramontina version of the LeCrueset dutch oven. it never leaves my stove and gets used almost every day. Bought it at a yard sale 10 years ago. Paid 20.00
