Okay, It's called Kyo Kara Maoh! (or Maou)
It's about a boy named Yuuri who lives a simple life enjoying baseball and such. Well, these bullies start to pick on him and end up submerging his head in water. As Yuuri head hits the water, he finds himself traveling to a whole new land. While there, he finds out that he is the demon king and needs to protect the world from war.
Looking at this in retrospect thus show was helps gay. I loved every second

@wadoichimoji Well, no. What ended up happening is the black haired guy accidentally proposed to the blond one. At first, the blond was pissed off as they were both dudes, but he quickly accepted it and even became protective of the black haired teen. It is not yaoi. It's shoen ai. It's much lighter than yaoi. Nothing really... Ever happens between those two except for an off-screen kiss in an OVA.
@cherryp0o (Ran out of space) Anyways, The black haired guy is Yuuri and the blonde is Wolfram. Yuuri ends up accidentally getting engaged to Wolfram. This explains their one-sided relationship quite well. If you have the time, definitely watch this anime. It's extremely cute.

this is wolframs song fr, it describes him to a tea and the fact he even looks feminine(he look's like his mother), dresses femininely and acts as such occasionally makes the "she's a lady" part fit very well

Benning Charlotte To be fair, Yuuri never invited him xD he just showed up one morning at the end of ep 7. It'd be sweet if there was a whole back story where Wolfram can't sleep alone, but there isn't. Gunter was telling him off so it's obviously not part of their tradition, Wolfram just does it on pure whim, Yuuri just gave up shouting at him for it. haha
