This is a great kvm and lets you do a lot of modes that other kvms don't provide. Even being a big computer geek it took me a few minutes to figure out why I'd want two hdmi to one pc. I guess I thought the kvm would handle that or something lol. Works great! Thanks KST
@@misterdavidjoey you can run dual screens for each pc or show one monitor of each and flip that and the input around. I have a secure work PC and a home computer I flip between. I can do work but watch some auctions or at lunch I can game but keep an eye on work emails. Pretty slick device.
I did it just as you said but only one of my displays is working. My other monitor is a citiq. Could that be the problem? is there something special I need to do for a cintiq?

Thanks. The specs say that driver installation/admin rights are needed, but I'll get two and see if that is true. If so, I will see if I can get permission from my employers to install. Generally the answer is no. Thanks!

Now i have my office computer connect to moniteur 1 and mt home computer connect to my monitor 2 - i can like this if i want copy text information from the working officecomputer and paste it to my home office computer. If you want to switch between 2 computers and not use them simultaneously and keep a low budget, here's what you need to do. 1- Monitors have usually 2 or more inputs so connect each PC to 1 of the inputs 2- Get a USB switch like this one: amzn.to/4695UUR to switch the keyb, mouse and peripherals between the 2 PCs.

No. The KVM doesn't make any connection between the 2 PCs

It will work but you can display output only on one monitor from the laptop on top of the laptop's screen
