- In 2021, Connor Williams became a viral sensation when he captured the hearts of America by tripping on national TV in an exhibition game between St. John Fisher and the University of Buffalo. Connor aka Big Cozy sat down with our host Riley Winn (@allRidoisWinn) to catch us up on what he's been up to since his 15 minutes of fame.

I don’t know if Connor will read this or get this message but my guy you are an absolute inspiration! My son is 9…he turns 10 in April - he’s 5’7” over 200 lbs…wears a men’s size 13 shoe…he plays football and basketball, and wrestles - and LOVES basketball - but keeps being told by others (not his teammates - he has amazing coaches and teammates who see his skill and not his size) that he’s not a “basketball player” - watching you play, your success, your ability…makes him SO happy and gives him hope that he CAN do it, too! You are a role model, and thank you! ❤️❤️

He loves basketball and actually has a great feel for the game. That's rad.
Connor is studying cyber-security for his degree and seems like the best type of personality for the job.
He seems genuine, honest and humble. Most of that I gathered from his play on the court, the rest from short interviews.

He still plays. What do you mean "What happened to?" He'll be a Senior next season. He averaged like 6-8 pts/game last season, his junior year. Career Shooting at St Fisher is around .580 and from beyond the arc he's like .330-.350 or so.

i see his big size as an advantage since hes able to back down defenders much easier and hes like a brick wall when setting screens. he should lose weight but not too much. he should prob lose like 50 lbs and he should be fine

@@braytonharkness3015 just don’t eat man idk what to tell you I’ve seen it before. In the off season cut down on calories, keep protein high, and he should be good. He’s going to feel tired with the calorie drop but it’s a sacrifice right now

Thats an excuse, and a poor one. I played linebacker in high school and college, and ate bad, but got away with being lean because my physical activity far exceeded my poor eating habits. After college it caught up to me and I gained considerable weight over the decade ive been out of school. From 9/15/23 to now 7/7/24, 9 months, 3 weeks ive lost 209lbs because of doing exactly what as been said in the comments above. walk a mile 3 days a week, strength training 4 days a week 40-55 minutes, 2200 calorie diet, with 140-180g protein daily. Consistent 22lb weight loss average a month over the last ~10 months. No surgery bs either.
It requires discipline and effort. And if those are too hard, well... there's going to be alot of stuff in line that people who dont have the ability to exhibit that are going to deal with in life that doesnt involve poor diet.
