You only here people say "black people can't be racist" from some of the most racist black people out there. It comes from them taking racist African American Studies courses in college that tell them they can't be racist because they're historically disenfranchised and don't have power. It ignores reality, and misses the fact that their degree in African American studies is itself racist.

Has anyone else noticed that in men’s sports, the male athletes don’t show this type of envy towards the attention that other players are receiving? Male athletes “talk trash” about other players but it’s always in a competitive context. The women, instead, are much more focused on who is receiving more attention.
I'm 46 years old and I have never watched a woman's basketball game because, honestly, those games are lame af. This all changed when I heard about Clark. That child can ball! She reminds me of Bird.

NBA players hate their rivals. But at the same time acknowledge them as a rival. WNBA players hate their rivals. Talk the sport down where it is. The gutter because it’s trash. LSU versus Iowa was more exciting than any WNBA game I’ve ever seen.
NBA players USED to hate their rivals, now they are all a fraternity, and you see very few actual players or teams dislike each other. It does happen, but its not nearly like it used to be, where teams and players actually despised each other. I don't think it was any better or worse, it is just different now.

We may be witnessing the female version of Bird and Magic. Clark and Reese are giving women’s basketball the boost the WNBA has been desperately waiting for, an audience. The female players are getting better, and what happens, suddenly people want to watch. VIOLA! That’s all that was needed. The fans are showing up and the viewers are tuning in. Which means the $$ that the players can make will go UP. And suddenly no pay gap. Or at least on the way. The sad thing is hearing the comments from WNBA players that have NOTHING but negative things to say. Not realizing that ALL of the players may soon get a raise. Once these girls get into the WNBA it will be a whole other deal. The WNBA will be shocked at the fan turnout to games. People want to see excellence, not second or 20th best. The NBA provides top tier entertainment, but if the WNBA can provide that also? Then we will look back and realize these two started the equal outcome for women basketball players.

The WNBA hasn't come anywhere, it's been on the decline for decades. The most watched WNBA finals was back in 1997 with 2.85 million average viewers. Last year when it was on both youtube and ESPN they only got 728,000 viewers. The games are boring to watch, the players are absolutely terrible at basketball, and they're racist militant lesbians that constantly say stupid things.
