- In today's video, we're taking on a bit of a speed eating challenge...y'know, for old time's sake. In the sixth instalment of this series, I'm at Rebel Crossing in Tallapoosa, GA taking on their Quarterback Keeper challenge.
In order to win and get the meal free, you have to sink the 3.5lb meal; consisting of 3 x 10oz sirloin patties, jalapeño bottle caps, bacon, cheese, hot sauce and sidewinder fries, quicker than the current house record!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Gotta say another restaurant challenge dick move. The lady had already said no one has even come close to beating the 9:15 record and you gotta go all pro eater and lower the time by 2.5 minutes...Love your videos and your style most of the time, not this though.

Honestly, Beard is such an awesome guy, I wouldn't be surprised if behind the scenes he tells the staff not to hold his time as the record to beat solely for the fact he doesn't want to ruin it for locals. But that felon was definitely a good laugh!

This place looks to be just about in the middle of nowhere. Imagine being some ambitious hillbilly wanting to take on this one and finding out an MLE-ranked eater, from the UK no less, holds the record.

In Macon, Ga, we have a restaurant called Parish that has those fries. They call them Crescent Fries. It's a Cajun restaurant, so it's an appropriate name.
Right so I guess the goal of the day for tomorrow is to microwave a wagon wheel who knew!!

The “sack the quarterback” goes even a little deeper than you mentioned. “Sack” isn’t just a tackle, it’s a tackle behind the line of scrimmage for loss of yards. Kinda like you had a time limit to finish the challenge and set a lower time.
and it's only for the quarterback. You can't sack a halfback or wide-out doing a jet sweep. Hell, even if the QB hands off and then gets the ball pitched to him in a double-pass attempt but gets tackled, it is no longer a sack and just a regular tackle.

He's had a couple of places give him way more food than he was supposed to have for the challenge.

Food looked good for a couple of minutes before you made it disappear. Smashed it easily. The prison dessert line was funny. Spent 5 years in federal prison for pot. They didnt have that at any of the places I was locked up, but you can bet that they wished they were. Was fun to watch. Great video
