Monster is a *very* cool callsign.
The airforce is soft on callsigns. You have to go to the Navy and Marine Corps for all the good ones. There's a dude last name "Smart" callsign is Notso. Or "Enis" callsign Lil P. Or AHAB: always humping Asian bitches.

The airforce comes up with lame call signs to make their pilots sound cool. They are notoriously SFW and follow some not embarrassing or funny story. You have to go to the Navy or Marines for all the good ones.
@@dogboy0912 I met an air force pilot who flies an F-15e while I was on the flight line. Her squadron was just passing through and her callsign was "fireball" for the exact reasons you'd assume.
In regards to naval aviators, I met a girl whose callsign was "ice queen"

@@asoton957 In the Navy, callsigns aren't supposed to be more than two syllables long so they're easy to say quickly over the radio. USMC aviators actually have the same rule, but the difference is naval aviators can count.

It's a honor to see these pilots in person. They've flown over me for 2 years now. I'm out above the speedway every single day.
Pilot comes back code 3 after a 1.0 mission and the crew chief spends the next 12 hours fixing it.

Pilot spends next 6 hours in debrief after mission planning for 8-10 hours the day before
What's a code 3? Don't dumb it down, just haven't worked on the 35s yet
@@thezombiepotato1 codes are for maintenance and signify the level of fixing that will have to be done to the plane. 1 being least and 3 being worst. Could also be categorized by non grounding vs grounding but you'd have to talk to a wrench turner about that.
Im surprised the DOD allows this.. In my experience, cameras and any recording devices were prohibited. In fact, when returning from deployments we had to forfeit our cameras, laptops, memory cards so they could be gone through for security reasons. Most of the time you got back a freshly wiped laptop 😁.
It isn't like that anymore. I mean, it is if it is anything that shows true missile range or speed, airframe limits, or radar/system capabilities. Also anything that could give away the exact location of deployed units. But the military has been welcoming social media in hopes of bolstering recruiting numbers

This was more than likely filmed by Public Affairs. Only at Langely were we allowed to have phones in restricted areas. But we couldn’t record or take pics, and couldn’t take Bluetooth devices within 15 ft of the F-22.

Don't get a degree in aviation because if you get NPQ'd in medical on day 3 you'll be like, "well shit." Hard majors might help for studying in ground school but at the end of the day I've known pilots who are business or art majors and they come out fine.

Now the school system do a little bit more than before to help people like me but it still aint enough theres a Big gap between the grades of people with learning disabilty and those without

I hate this country but I’m just living here because my family does. Even when I’m a grown adult, I’ll just stay here because I love my family and I don’t wanna have to travel from a different country just to see them.
