Yep, that’s what I like as well. Make my eyes show up with liner and mascara and a light lip color. Perfect for everyday. Rarely us shadows as I’ve gotten older.
Very fresh! I usually only have about 5 mins for makeup during work days. Foundation powders save me time when I don’t have time to mess around with liquid foundation and I never go anywhere without primer on. Even to the swimming pool!

Luv the toned down make up look 👌I like to leave mascara off if I'm at home but can't go without a light stroke of a brown eyeliner on my blue eyes, dusting of blush on my cheeks & forehead as well as evening up my eyebrows. Vaseline in my lips & I'm happy for the world to see me😂🤣....if I have to leave the house then I would add a nude lip.
I like using some of my bronzer on my eyelids when I am going for a minimal look. It keeps my pencil on and keeps it from melting off on hot days. I have oily skin at 72 and oily eyelids! Hated it when young. Don’t have many wrinkles because of all that oil! I love your videos. You always make me smile!
I am 60 and still have oily skin too. The oil isn’t sitting on top of my skin so much anymore but causing daily blackhead and whitehead breakouts.I’ve been battling acne since going through menopause . Crazy. Acne treatments for mature skin is nonexistent. Every treatment has a detrimental effect like extreme irritation resulting in more acne. My dermatologist feels defeated 😂 I find using a primer - love Rimmel it’s as nice as the Lancôme I used to use- even on eye lids and dark circles, makes my eye makeup last 12 hours

I think it really depends on your face. Mine actually needs both lips and eyes quite dramatic but only a dab of translucent powder in my nose. My skin looks better with as little as possible.
I have an eyelash curler but for some reason rarely use it.
I basically have the same routine i judt a rose gold highlighter ffom 111 skin it gives me just enough of a healthy glow all year round.

Never thought to add moisturizer to my liquid makeup. That was a good tip. I have dry skin too. An it would make it also less heavy on mature skin.

I absolutely love these tips! Makeup can be a challenge the older you get & it becomes a chore. I love the natural look & I struggle with dry skin & rosacea as too. I adore this natural look - it’s simple but you look well put together! ❤ I also leave my lips bare or use a very pale gloss/pencil. Thank you so much for sharing. It’s a nice reminder that we don’t need to do a full face of make up to look presentable & nice. 🥺💕

My Grandmother, she never left the house without lipstick, pearl earrings , a hat & gloves even in the summer . She taught me to check the seams from the inside of every garment before buying .To always clean my shoes each day & put them away with a shaper in them.

I have a little black 20 times magnifying mirror also, and use it for hair removal and putting on mascara
I have notice that women in the western world have dried skin. I don't know if it is from the diet, but here in Bulgaria we believe that eating yogurt helps skin looking better. Also if you are like 47yo like me or older you should also help your skin by drinking primrose oil pills.

I don't think it's fair that you haven't mentioned that you've had an awful lot of plastic surgery in the recent past too. A lot of your newer subscribers won't be aware of this. I just feel that you should have mentioned this as you always say how transparent and honest you are. Just my opinion of course.
Hi. I understand your opinion and want to add a thought. As a new subscriber, I am aware of her plastic surgery and applaud her for doing so much research about it, making informed decisions, and investing in herself to help with her self esteem, her business, and her brand. Skin is skin. My skin is similar to hers. I have some of the same issues. Plastic surgery doesn’t change the need for good skincare and for makeup techniques for aging skin. I have watched her videos before the surgery and after the surgery. She is much more confident, engaged with the camera, has more eye contact, and has fun. It’s a win win for her and for her subscribers.
