Guys wish me luck After finishing my Masters degree i searched a job for 9months with no Luck. Than i got to Work on a project for a two months in a branch in my own country from a big company in germany ( I moved to study in Germany and stay to live there). During me working on this project the company in Germany opened a place and i applied. After many online tests and 1h telephone Interview i was invited to an Assessment Center.

The main problem I have at the moment is doing the assessment questions online straight after applying for a particular job. With SJT's I'm fine with, however, the numerical ones I struggle with which lets me down in me not getting through to the next stage. How do I tackle these online tests and how do I nail them?
