Looks like a pretty cool incentive. What is the agreement they have you sign for it? I read a little and it seemed like they want to be able to connect to it to gather data on usage and such.
Surprisgly, nothing on this program! They did have a data collection for a year deal for a smart hot water heater about 15 years ago. I'm sure it varies program to program and district to district.
