Plotholes, sideplots I cant think of anything else to say bad about the first three movies because they are incredible. I dont understand how anyone couldnt like them
@@Vayne_Solidor That's because the writers had the foresight to turn movies 2 and 3 into a single arc. A solid beginning, middle, end, with a surprisingly tight plot. We haven't had any Pirates movie as tightly an well constructed ever since (and Jack seems to have become a caricature starting from the fourth movie onward. But I know Johnny has salvaged what he could.).

@@NathanRoberts-rv5zk The Pearl was getting absolutely wrecked in the battle. Blasts of debris hitting every crewmate. They might have wanted to retreat, but they had no choice but to fight on.
The maelstrom is a 10 minute piece that plays during that entire final battle, I just made some cuts here and there and changed the order of some parts basically.

It's pretty hard to live up to one of the greatest trilogies of all time. It's the fifth one that really screwed over the franchise. The fourth one is just good. Not incredible, but not bad.
