If you actually understand aqua characters, he isnt really that bad, ass for sure but not evil Spoiler : - - - - Aqua push everyone he care about (ruby, akane, kana) so they won't be sad when he is gone. And tbh, i wont say aqua really "use" akane coz so far everything she did is out of her own free will coz she care for him. He say he wanted to use her intelligence but never proceed the plan. They broke up coz someone literally almost kill her in this exact bridge for getting too involved and he dont want her to herself ruin over his dangerous vengeance stuff anymore. Tbh its hurt for us akane fan, but aqua is such a greatly written character, so sad everyone treat him as just "edgelord"

You can understand a character but also not agree to their actions just like in Eren's, Light, Lelouch , Johan etc, their actions are understandable yet it is also horribly wrong.
