Yeah Akane is true goat of the series. Akane went from suicide attempt to now living stronger and more confident than anyone else. She’s the reason Aqua ever finds any leads regarding his father. And this is not to mention that she genuinely cares for Aqua and his wellbeing and not just blindly in love with him. She always tries her best to help Aqua whether it’s before or after their breakup. When she finds out Aqua is falling deeper and deeper into revenge, she makes up her mind to stop him and she does it out of love for him regardless of whether he understands it or not. Truly best girl! If Aqua doesn’t want her, I’ll take her.
