You didn't understand what the Chinese student was asking at all. TH-cam and google is banned in China, so you have to purchase a VPN in order to visit these website. The student wanted to get your permission to upload your video to a Chinese website similar to TH-cam that you can access freely from China without buying a VPN first. He is saying a VPN is very expensive for a student, and you suggesting he shares the TH-cam video doesn't solve his problem you see?
one person should buy the vpn and share these videos on a facebook group created by him in which every o level chinese student can join so they can see these videos without a vpn.. will this work?

There are many websites that support crowd funding, for example many game companies will list their idea for the game, and perhaps a 'beta' of what the game may be like, then if the customer likes the idea, they can fund the development of the game by donating

bro theres only 1 change in the syllabus between 2018 and 2023... actually i thought it was outdated too but then i checked the syllabuses and they were both very accurate.
