I’m still scratching my head on industrialisation and de-industrialisation. So i’ve broken it down.. * Industry Economic activity that deals with the processing of raw materials and manufacture of goods in factories. So when we say a country is de-industrialised, we mean a country has reduced in the primary and secondary sector, and has moved onto the tertiary. It is Developing??
I hope this will help; Industrialization is the process by which an economy is transformed from primarily agricultural to one based on the manufacturing of goods. Individual manual labor is often replaced by mechanized mass production, and craftsmen are replaced by assembly lines.
Sense Business Studies i’ve come to a conclusion that it’s a process and not a label hehehe.. so when a country Deindustrialise something it’s basically Industrialising an alternative to which that is Deindustrialising CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG
bank- tertiary gas extracttion - primary insurance - tertiary oil - primary retail business - tertiary car repair business - secondary bakery -tertiary building houses - primary fishing - secondary hospital - tertiary (honesty is best policy) answered without checking from link
I have a doubt actually. How is a retail business considered to be in the secondary sector of industry when there is no production involved. Shouldn't it be in the tertiary sector of industry?
excuse me how come all the developing countries people are employed in the tertiary sector, while the uk is a developed country and its tertiary percentage is 74% doesn't that imply that uk is a developing country
