  • My friend Troy and I went for a 2 day bikepacking mini adventure out to Long Plain In Kosciuszko National Park NSW, Australia.
We had a super time, riding swimming and enjoying seeing the animals.
    Enjoy

Thank you, even though I’ve always lived in Victoria have never been to the high plains, absolutely beautiful! Enjoying your vlogs, appreciate your attention to detail.

Darren, been wondering where you were. Looks like you must have settled in Aus. Miss your AZUB Ti-fly vids!

The water there is ice cold even in summer. Thanks.

Great to see you back Darren, and still enjoying Oz hopefully. Any plans for the trike, if you still have it?

Unfortunately I sold it on to pastures and trails new!! Maybe in the future I'll get another recumbent. I do love them

    That fat looks really good

Can you share any observations about the fatbike compared to the traditional mountain bike? Slower? Faster? More stable? Thanks.

Yes, absolutely. So with the fat tyres at a lower psi they act as your suspension, taking all the small bumps out of the track. However that comes at the price of being a little slower. Doesn't feel any different balance wise. Overall for bikepacking it's an excellent choice.
