I think biggest disappointment is that Venom wasn't actually in No Way Home. I find the Venom movies to be fun movies to watch but leaving a ton to be desires especially based on how the comics handle to character. Still praying to see Venom, Deadpool, and Spiderman in same movie. I think the interactions would be hilarious. Deadpool encouraging Venom to eat people, Spiderman trying to keep him from doing it....
I love that how carnage is so much bigger than venom in size, gives us the power difference between them...In later movies...the cop is going to be toxin ( symbiote ) that's why his eyes was glowing...toxin is even stronger than carnage

Might be a bad Superhero film but it's a fantastic romcom. If you're not taking this movie too serious (because it expects you not to take it serious) it's so much fun! Sony is absolutely DESPERATE to play in Kevin Feige's sandbox, so he's the one with all the power. All the stupid villain movie bullshit, is Sony independently trying to chase the idea of their own MCU, and attempting to convince themselves that they don't need the MCU. In the comics Detective Mulligan becomes Toxin, he's the son of Carnage, similar to how Carnage is the son of Venom
