    This was the first time I was able to stay awake for the whole session. Even though I was not able to fall asleep due to a medication I'm currently taking. I can still feel relaxed and refresh. Thank you, Namaste 🙏

    I've done Yoga Nidra many times but I had an unexpected side effect from this... I ended up astrally projecting and lucid dreaming towards the end and it lasted for ages!! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏

    This is so far the best guided yoga nidra audio that I have come across. atleast for me. It is all the time making me fall asleep due to the relaxing voice and tone of instructions. I hope to practice it again and again so that I enter into lucid states. Thanking you deeply for this masterpiece.

    I've never been able to concentrate on my breathing for such a long period of time. This video really helped me relax and fall asleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Ive been watching this video now off and on for around 6 months. I have ptsd and this has always helped me sleep, i never usually get very far through the video, however while listening tonight, i dropped off to sleep, then woke up, i was crying, not sobbing but, silent tears just streaming. Is there a reason i could have had this experience tonight? Im wondering if its just some energy ive been holding in which this session has helped to the surface x

      Hello Victoria, thank you for sharing this reflection here. From my experience, I understand that we all have many layers, formed from life (and lifetimes). The deeper we go into our inner work, the more we peel back layer after layer. Yoga Nidra is a process of diving through the layers of consciousness. It makes sense that the more you practice the more your body and mind surrender and the deeper you are able to go each time. It does sound as though you released something that was ready to be let go. In these moments, I find it best to give thanks for whatever is being released and bless it as it moves out. Hope this helps.

    I absolutely love this meditation, however I get woken up every single time when it gets to the very HARSH piano music. Why does it need to be so harsh?! I unfortunately now need to remove this from my saved list because it has happened too many times.
