as we can't find anything about it, could you give us some info about the power supply. considering what we see inside it's a switching power supply, at the back it's writtent 90 to 250v. does it mean that a unit ship from US will automatically work if i'm in Vietnam for exemple?
Seems like your word clock was backwards at first. I hope this is right. Your slaving the DAC off the ADC but you have ADC out to DAC in. I guess that means The top unit ADC (Master clock) is sending it's clock OUT to the DAC IN (in my case it would be an interface clock IN) so it can read the master? Also does it matter at all what interface is being used if you are tracking going through the ADC to the interface Spidf? Are all Spidf connections the same quality just transferring numbers since the ADC already converted Audio to Digital? I'm going through shelford channel strip to BURL ADC to SPIDF DIGI 003 interface. Is this the best way to use the ADC for tracking. I'm thinking of getting the DAC so I can use it for Mastering the Main MIX. Spidf out to DAC to Portico MBP to ADC back to Spidf in. Would this be right?
@@tomjaeger I received several different answers. Burl responded on another forum and they said my routing was correct. They verified all my thinking of the ins and outs and quality were correct. I hope that helps.
@@marc8vino awesome thx man. I’m trying to get similar situation going for tracking but I’m trying to figure out this unnnecessary convolution of tracking using the b2 ADC. Cannot believe burl hasn’t made a quick vid for home use scenario using b2.
