Hey would you both be interested in reacting to the old TV show star trek it's a very interesting to see your reaction on this old show And who knows you might get a kick out of it recommend you check it out
Lol, yalls talk after the episode. "Man, I just don't fuck with the Jedis, don't ask me any more questions!" I need to see that as a series. The First Player Hater!
I liked the format of this; it's more like a mystery/Jedi detective sort of show than what we've had before. And Sol is going to be a fan favourite character when it finishes I suspect, much like Qui-Gon.
You've watched enough Star Wars to know the Jedi and Sith are mortal enemies going back thousands of years. What more reason does he need to have to want to see Jedi killed? As for why he's having Mae kill specific Jedi in specific ways, that's the mystery of the show. It'll be revealed as the story unfolds. I don't understand the need to have him monolog the reasons immediately.
My guess is he did that because Mae is currently trying to kill a Jedi without a weapon to collect a crystal to bleed for her lightsaber. They've been very specific in showing her leaving them with the body when she ends up killing them with a weapon.
I dig it so far. Some of the lines fell a little flat but I'm glad they're not trying too much silly humor and the fight choreography in the first two episodes anyway was solid. My theory is that the twins were somehow conceived using the force and that the Jedi had issue with how it was used causing a conflict that led into Mae starting the fire and the eventual cover-up. IDK if Sol was occupied saving Osha and doesn't know all the details or if he has skeletons in his closet too. Good reaction fellas
How is it a murder mystery when we already know by the first 10 minutes who did it lol It's a cover up mystery which is trying to paint the Jedi as morally grey or whatever be the writer/director is trying to inject her nihilism
@@budgiecat9039 There are several cover ups. What happened with the fire? How can the Sith remain undetected? I’m so glad I took a break from the trailers for this show, the twists in the first episode alone had me hooked, they need to keep this Wuxia style for Jedi and Sith
It’s a mystery show, things are going to not come together right away. Twins and dualities are big in Star Wars. I actually thought the first two episodes of Andor didn’t work that well until after the third dropped.
We didn't see what happened immediately after that. It's possible that he was preparing to spar with her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It definitely would have been better if they showed what happened next though 😂!
There’s been a lot of bad StarWars content that have done damage to the name last four years. But this show is in a league of its when it comes to the brand damage.
Explain how a little knife to the chest completely kills her when reva in the kanobi show literally gets a lightsaber in her GUTS and is able to survive for hours and get to another planet. Also I know the little knife went near her heart but still I dont get how a lightsaber that turns your body part into goo, can’t kill reva but a little blade kills a master Jedi.
My favorite part in epsiode 1 was when the Jedi went to capture the escapees and returned to coruscant without checking if anyone was missing and searching for the body or survivors and then having to send sol and friends back to the planet to find her and somehow they arrive moments after she wakes up.
I think George Lucas had this plan the entire time to take over Disney. He is now the largest shareholder in Disney. This man is straight up on Palatine vibes.
Dont listen to the brainless sheep, the show is not a bad piece. They're just mad that they dont have as much representation lmao. Honestly a breath of fresh air.
Needed some more to get me hooked/invested, nothing has me at the edge of my seat since everything was unveiled or told to us so quickly. 5/10 for both episodes.
I'm just happy not to see anyone hurt by those dangerous lightsabers anymore. No more dismemberment. Just the occasional use as road flare or mosquito light.

Yoda tells Obi-Wan in ROTS that Qui-Gon “discovered” the “secret to immortality” (becoming a Force ghost), so it’s unlikely they knew at this time. Maybe some time well in the past, but not at this point, or Yoda would have known it without Qui-Gon coming to him as a ghost and telling him.
