Just FYI, you can adjust the OEM lever up and down. easily. you had atleast 10mm of thread there to play with on the Quickshifter rod (shaft), top and bottom can be used up.
I ended up buying these pegs for my GS following purchase of Rev’it boots as well, couldn’t get under the shifter just like you! Been really happy with them, much more comfy, made them a bit lower than stock which has made my knees and hips happy
Nice Video mate does the job for you that’s the main thing I did my first video using the insta 360 the other day I did as you said didn’t roll ate it too much. It came out prett good I think. Thanks for the advice
Hello, I would be interested in your thoughts on the boots to walk around in after you have got off the bike please? Also as you have travelled all over the Alps and the surrounding countries any chance of a video in the future of what docs need to be carried and what can you get away with on the phone as a photograph for touring if that’s possible please? Regards Jay
They are very comfortable, walking around in them is fine, but that will get better over time as they break in. Being a German resident I don't need any paperwork for travelling within Europe, other than my ID card or passport. Not sure exactly what you're asking about the photograph Jay?
@@thelikeablerider8800 I wasn’t sure regarding what you said in the video having to carry the piece of paper which shows the foot pegs conform to TUV …
Ah okay! Here in Germany all after market products have to be tried and tested and deemed road legal. We can't legally install the cheap stuff which is a good thing I suppose🤷♂️
Not as yet, went out for an hour in the week and didn't notice anything. Probably need a longer run to check that. Be sure to remind me to get back to you👍😜

Hi, I've ordered a set of these for my 22 XR as the stock ones are too high. Can you tell me what the torque settings are for the heel plates you had to remove? I can't find them anywhere in the manual or online. Thanks
🇺🇸 hello again. ebay sent the wrong year footpegs for my 2022 bmw s1000xr. they sent pegs for a 2015- the brackets were too big to fit inside space . Could you please provide me with the exact website where you purchased your evo pegs. And did you pay over the web or over the phone? 🙏
@TheLikeableRider when I checked Sw-Motech from your link, the item no# was FRS.05.112.10002. but when I look for my 2022 s1000xr, it says I need FRS.08.112.10201. which is it?
@@thelikeablerider8800 awesome. found them & will order. have you readjusted your footpegs again..?...you said you thought you should adjust them again after your service ride in your newest video.
Gs great bikes and I have an xr ! Both great bikes , as for the pegs… jury’s out for me on these chunky mothers donning the xr . Ps my gs comes end of month , torque and plush ride 😉

I may go a touch lower, but will only be able to see if they touch the floor in the summer months. In winter things are a touch more upright👍😜
ABBA skylift is great for all these jobs. Saved my knees and back. Well worth a look!
yes....doing any type of work bent over is a strain. I bet that abba product is a pretty penny indeed.
Luckily at 25 years old, I'm still in great shape!😜

As they're bike specific you won't be able to transfer them to a GS. When push comes to shove I think I would have sent the boots back instead! 😁
Haha! 👍🤣🤣

The link to where you can oder them is in the video description. I'm sponsored the gear by SWMOTECH free of charge, to test and make video content.
