    Very helpful, especially the tip concerning the ends tucked too far under. I've struggled to remedy this, often retying the knot. That tip alone is worth its weight in gold.

    Some great tips, thanks for the video! I make a lot of 6-strand MWs and I always use the same technique but sometimes they come out perfect and sometimes they are completely messed up and I have to start over. These are some great techniques for removing some of the mystery!

    Mafk, Mark, Mark! You make handling a zillion working ends hella easy! Thank you.

    A good looking MW is a thing of real beauty. All too often a piece of work is let down because the MW has not been tied properly. Your video will certainly help people improve the quality of their MW knot. Actually thinking about that, the one I always struggle with the single strand MW. Have watched numerous videos, I can see how to do, but my pork sausage hands really make a mess of it!

      Hehe! For me the multi strand version is harder to tighten :). But they are quite similar and some of these tips should help with the single strand version as well. I am sure that both benefit from a nice fid to help with the tightening!

    This video has helped tremendously with my MW knots! Can you do a video like this for the turk's head knots you put on your leashes? Mine come out inconsistent no matter how many times I watch the herringbone leash video...

    What do you do with the 8 strands that are dangling out of the knot?

    everything seems quite easy😅 the only thing I ask you is how best to manage the 7 meters long wires each to create a dog leash, without them all getting knotted? Thank you

    I did notice that you didn't mention "the length" of the paracords' used in the video? Or does it not matter?

    Is rolling a knot only useful for paracord? If I tie a Matthew Walker knot with jute, would rolling the knot be useful too?

    • @Paracordguild
      @Paracordguild  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the specific rope. If the knot is tightened hard rolling may not do anything.

      Hey!
      Amazon carries them for example:

      You can also find them in various leather braiding related shops.
