I just bought the SONY L1 an love it LOUD speakers everything works great fast and smooth
So Co 45 what about battry life ?
I think we don't need to worry about the battery life because Sony have one of the best Battery Saver in smartphone called Stamina Mode
So Co 45 but the battery is fast to drain when you gaming and the temp is hot!

I've got the XA1 and it's so good. Its fast, small, and the battery lasts me 2 days. It's absolutely beast.

Sony should consider making xa1. Design as their flagship standard.
Afzal zainal yeah, I was actually surprised that the XA1's more expensive brothers, the XZ and XZs, do not have edge to edge displays.
This what we called market strategy...they put the nice design in the mid-range phone to balance with the flagship that more powerfull even the design not very nice...
Not really. Thicker phones allow bigger battery, better camera and robust shell.

Hey Recombu i'd like to ask you a quick question. What would you say is the best phone, the Sony Xperia Xa1 or the Samsung Galaxy A3 2017.

XA1 for sure
Owned both xa1 is more snappyer of a phone but if you want a lot of problems get the Sony the a3 2017 has more features such as waterproofing and finger prints sensors
will a normal MicroSD work on both?
I currently have the L1, while my mum has the XA1. I prefer the camera overall on the XA1, however, I much prefer the build and structure of the L1 (bezels, size etc) and the XA1 only comes in black and gold I believe while the L1 has black and a white. I personally have the white one and it's a beautiful look.
Overall, I love my L1 and (from what I've used) of my mum's XA1. Essentially, I would love the hardware of the L1 with the software and camera of the XA1.

If Xperia XA1 is almost the same price as Xperia X, as it is in my country, I definitely recommend Xperia X. It's almost a flagship with a mid-range price. the only difference between Xperia X and a flagship is the chip-set which will do everything at least for a few years now.

The XA1 is incredibly beautiful.
Watching this in 2018 on my L1 (which is my main phone). Its really good power button on mine doesn't always work first time but that's only mine my friend has one and he never experiences this problem. But even in 2018 you should still get the L1
At start of a videos L1 model have 51% of battery.
At end 48% as can i see.
And video is almost 10mins long.

Why doesn't the XA1 series have the L series bezels? Looks like a much more premium phone. Odd design phone from Sony.

XA is terrible, little to no internal memory left after standard apps installed and it seems to have problems after ending calls randomly switching screens on its own, will break if you breathe on it.
I have xa1 and ite camere is MUCH better than xz or x performance. And its design too.
