How to paint The Necrolith Bone Dragon for Tombs Kings (Part One!) in

Finally got my hands on the other core box for The Old World, thanks to Underworld Gaming! So naturally I jumped straight into building and painting the Necrolith Bone Bone for the Tomb Kings of Khemri! I did some extra steps with the bone scheme for this centrepiece model, because I think it's worth spending the extra time but you can check out my chariot tutorial for a quicker bone scheme for an army wide speed paint! Adding the extra steps to a centrepiece model like this guy means he'll stand out, but not look out of place next to the rest of his army. This is the best guide for the bone dragon I've seen. Fair play for doing it so quickly.
One question - would you do the same bone steps for normal warriors? Could you show in a video? Worried that the older models won't work aswell with that process.

With the amount of content creators who have been sent sets and just moan about how bad old models are I'm amazed you weren't sent the boxes as you genuinely love the old world. Really loving all these videos. Can't wait to watch the howda one next

Great job Andy, he turned out really well. First time I saw it I thought oooo that looks fragile, how do you think it was to paint and how do you think it’s going to be to live with regards damaging it during painting, transport, gaming etc?

I was a bit concerned about how fiddly this one would have been to build and paint just because of how mostly bare bone it is but once again you've made the painting seem achievable. How was it to build though?
Easy to build and not as fragile as you think.

Personally I wonder why they went with a dragon of all things.
Doesn't quite fit the theme imo, Rather I'd liked to have seen something inspired by Ammit or maybe Fossiled creaturess found there in a boney version.

I wonder why they decided to give Tomb Kings a dragon. It isn't as though they needed one as they already possess a variety of monsters. It doesn't really fit into their scheme either.
I think it fits well and everybody deserves a dragon.

My Tomb king A.k.a. King Crocodile Dundee is freaking amazing.. I think its one of the best models GW have released in years. Dusty crocodile dragon FTW 🎉
