I drink a Beet Based Smoothie every morning. Par cooked Asperges, Carrot, celery mix with raw beets blended with the juice from the par cooked mix. Then add Pineapple juice. That's just the base. Then every morning. I add black and blueberries, banana , garlic Clove, add Green Monster Veggies juice. I'm energized all day.
I note you keep the skin on with ginger so it must be packed of nutrients, vitamins and minerals the skin by itself. So you probably give it a scrub and also use baking soda to make sure it's clean for many pesticides Beetroot, turmeric and lemon juice Cayenne pepper I'll try this tomorrow morning first thing thank you so much for this recipe! Thank you for this formula. Today I mixed a batch of the dry ingredients measured for31 days and took my first dose using 1 teaspoon of the mixture and added the fresh lemon juice and filtered water. The cayenne pepper was hot but I got it down. Next time I'll use less pepper. I'll let you know how it goes after 1 month. I take 1 BP pill a day, but I'm into natural remedies, so I'll see if I can get off the med. You are a Godsend, Dr.

I love seeing these videos! For quite a while I had been getting a feeling of high blood pressure symptoms, hair thinning, pain in my chest, joint pain and poor circulation from stress. I'm 40, pretty fit, hit the gym usually 3-4 times a week after work, eat high protein, relatively clean diet. yet was also getting a lot of bloating and inflammation which was causing more stress. very frustrating. Even seen my doctor who said I need to lower my stress. After a lot of doom scrolling research, I started taking beet root powder, cacao powder, turmeric, ashwaganda and few different vitamins every day a couple weeks ago, and added a lemon, ginger, turmeric shot separately. Also really tried to clean up bad eating habits that had snuck into my diet as vices for stress. Especially anything with fake sweeteners and high salt. I noticed quite an improvement in blood pressure and bloating/inflammation within a couple days of taking these items. Especially the inflammation in my torso and face. I am hoping this keeps up long term and I see results in the other areas as well as time goes by. It was very encouraging tho to see immediate results 👍

How do I get energy to start?
Add a pinch of black pepper to assist absortion of the Turmeric.
Wouldn’t the cayenne pepper do that?
Other studies have shown that Black Pepper actually block turmeric from being effective.

Raw beetroot is best for juice and cleaning the arteries. But eat the cooked ones, too, they are very healthy. Just use raw for the juice :)

Beware if you have oxalate kidney stones as beetroot can increase those stones. Yikes! I wish I could eat beetroot, but kidney stones are no picnic.
