- There's a point in every travelers life when you need to stop and charge the batteries. I reached that point when I got to Nairobi. I left my bike for a service and flew to Mombasa to catch up with my friends at Diani Beach. This episode is all about socialising and meeting new people!

In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. Thanks Kinga for the video. I enjoyed the interviews with other lady riders. Some of my best times riding was hooking up with other bikers, setting around a campfire having a couple and swooping story's...Fun stuff for Shure. To read the comments is interesting as well. So many far away places are international cafe meeting places now. All of Africa is as much a playground as Malibu beach or Agadir. I grew up with grainy newspaper photos. Black and white news film was like taking a walk in soace. Now, everyone has a HD camera with viewers world wide. Our world has got very small. The idea of a Global Village used to be a hypothetical concept.
