Well its more worrying that there is only 64 SAS members at any given time but there was a big test done across a wide range of folks in the UK years back as part of a documentary about Psychopaths {mainly that alot of folks have the traits but don't have the trigger events} but after testing a few of the SAS they decided to test them all and sure enough almost all of them had Psychotic or Sociopathic which is unsurprising considering that one of the key traits of a Psycho/Sociopath is they are unfazed by not only violence but the aftermath is very useful for a soldier that wishes to spend their entire working life in the forces - they did this test by having them sit and watch a video that cycled from calm and peaceful sounds and images to increasing violent scenes and sounds and back while they were hooked up to heart monitors and there was hardly any change other then them becoming more alert and seemly focused during the violent scenes.

@@bzbzhxhzuz3482 Think you can't smuggle nukes through nuclear subs when dealing with black ops? It's just that if someone DOES launch a nuke then you're making yourself a target. Only way that's ever going to benefit someone is if they want the world to go up in flames. At that point you're probably done with the world anyway. So what's the point? There's also the fact that everyone and their mother has a way to shoot it before it lands with a smaller missile. A jet can shoot it from the sky. Water is full of ships and subs that can do the same. Ground has basically the "sam site" version. And more beyond that. Can even have a missle on a truck. Kind of hard to nuke anything if everywhere can go "Boink. I had this truck to shoot my smaller missle at your nuke to blow it out of the sky." Only reason Japan got nuked in the first place is because no one thought of countering a nuke. Ever since then everyone has a counter. Which means it's kind of pointless to even have a nuke. I think you'll find that the S.A.S. are the original tier 1 special forces and they rescued more than 2 people in the Iranian embassy siege. It was closer to twenty.
The force at 9:00 is normally called Ghost Force (not frogman) and it's the most secretive unit in Taiwan (It's why they have to wear that badass masks in public). Those are trained to individually defeat at least 3 frogmen with bare hands.

- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

22 SAS
22 SAS normally has a strength of 400 to 600. The regiment has four operational squadrons: A, B, D and G. Each squadron consists of approximately 65 men commanded by a major, divided into four troops (each troop being commanded by a captain) and a small headquarters section.
AUSAS or Commandos consist of two companies, a company has anywhere from a few dozen to 200 soldiers. It's a tactical-sized unit that can perform a battlefield function on its own. A company consists of three or four platoons and is generally commanded by a captain.
“Why you should not mess with the Elite Special Forces”
Because they’re called the “Elite Special Forces”
As simple as that.
Some of the stuff they do is incredible, i had some limited time with some SAS lads and they were much younger than i expected and all very slim but boy were they strong. Not too tall either as it makes entry techniques easier not banging your head or catching equipment. I learned a lot from them. Every respect to all who go through the training and put it to good use.
Being short gives you a low center of gravity making carrying heavy loads over long distances more manageable, that's the primary reason lots of short guys pass selection

So even bothering trying to get one has less appeal.
