I was never pregnant for twins, but I had my share of sick pregnancies. Hang in there, Lauren. This, too, shall pass. We love you all!
Sorry Lauren. Feel better soon. I had “HG” with both of my pregnancies and my last pregnancy I had “pre-eclampsia” that turned into “eclampsia” with my last baby six and a half weeks early. Praying all goes well and try to rest as much as possible now because you will have 2 tiny tornadoes and one bigger tornado all at once. I see Grandma’s and Daddy and the Uncles and Aunt’s kicking in because you’re definitely going to need some major naps as those babies nap and everyone can help with Sweet Miss Callie Rose.
I love hearing the history of your family and farm. You Dad shared in a video last week about his Dad dying when he was a young man and how Grammy and the family worked together. Joel shared the other day about his Mom's horses and the old barn, now today your sharing is very interesting to hear. Thanks for sharing.
More history would be great !
Your'e a good husband Andrew. Carrying twins - very difficult - don't feel guilty Lauren - rest as much as needed - so important. Grammy is amazing. Love that you all hunt.
Hello from Northern Alberta.
My 4 year old granddaughter LOVES your videos as do I.😊😊
Hang in there Lauren. Pregnancy is difficult with a single. I remember the nausea and being amazed at my expanding belly. 🙏🌸
I love how everyone kicks in to help with Callie. Rest up Lauren, you’re gonna need it💚
Yes. The Easter egg I’ve been looking for. The fridge is your favorite spot. It’s a boy and a girl. Congratulations Andrew, Lauren and Callie.
Love hearing the stories about your family history. Andrew your doing good taking care of Lauren and Callie. I hope Lauren is feeling better.
It's nice to hear family history. I wonder how long the market has been open.
@@cwiii3378The veggie boys are the 6th generation.
You all need to rest great job this summer!
Andrew, you're such a good father and husband knowing that your wife isn't feeling her best. Your whole family is so wonderful. I'm in Wisconsin and we have been told that we won't be having a white Christmas, although it's far enough away to leave me with doubt.
I hope Lauren gets well soon so she can really enjoy Christmas with the family. Happy Holidays to all the extended Veggie Boys family.
Good evening from Wexford Ireland
Kitchen looks So Full of Goodies 🤤 the cookie dough 👀 Yup its the Holidays ❤️⛄☕🌷
Take care of Lauren, Andrew! They can handle most of the things on the farm.
Coming inside out of the snowy cold weather into that warm kitchen makes me wish for smellavision. All that dough rising and cookies baking must feel like growing up at the north pole for callie.🥰🎄🥰
Smellavision❤
What a good husband! ☺️
Never ever miss or fast forward the intro.
Lauren feel better soon ❤❤ Cold day on the farm 🥶🥶 Love from the UK x
You do have a very special family.
I just stumbled across this channel have been binge watching for the last week while I’m home sick 🤒. My Grandpaw was a farmer it brings back a lot of memories
Andy got a brand new Honda van!! Any more twins after this and you will need a Ford Expedition!!
I love all your guys videos .I hope your dad gets a big buck ...
Hope Lauren is feeling better by now. We got snow today too 😢
I'm with Ralphie, don't like snow😊
We have a Precious Lefty Princess!
From west Michigan. My Ex was a dairy herdsman for the first few years of our marriage. I really enjoyed farm life.
From Michigan here. I so enjoy all your videos! Thanks so much!
Love the snow y’all got!! Poppy seed rolls sound so good !! Callie just keeps getting cuter!! 😀😀
Neighbors run a greenhouse operation and had three separate buildings; which they connected them all, by creating a wide walk way, approximately at the middle of each greenhouse. It works great for moving plants between them.
You could lease out the greenhouses during the winter months to mushroom, microgreen, and leafy green growers. Heating could be done through either free firewood, cow manuer or radiated compost beds. Lighting would be on the growers dime.
Andrew, it was so sweet how carefully you lifted Callie out of your van😘! You went home to take care of Lauren and fix her tea and breakfast💜! I don’t think you can get too much sweeter than you already are! I love all your informational talks about the greenhouses and what might be coming in the future! Stay warm everyone🎄🎄🎄!
Will the egg production slow down in the winter
Lauren and Kali are so blessed! You might be the best husband and father I’ve ever seen. I guess you learned from the best! You have an awesome dad and your entire family is the best. I love watching your videos. So much better than mainstream tv and reality tv.
You could try poinsettias for Christmas Season in small green house.
Love it stay warm 😊
Your farm do it the way y'all like too. Enjoy the videos.
Good thing you’re back to growing vegetables because the dairy boys or the pig boys just doesn’t have the same ring to it. 😂
😂❤
I sure hope Lauren starts feeling better. Glad Callie is feeling better. Love that you went home to make breakfast and tea for her. I completely understand that you all need a little down time. Love that you take us aling through your day.
Granny is always cooking. Always looks delicious. Thanks for sharing
Diversification of your farm not only provides a wide selection of your products for your customers but is a financially sound practice.
I know ya'll are Blessed! Enjoy the family! 😊❤
Good evening from the Netherlands 👍😘🌷🌷🌷🇳🇱
Andrew, you are a great Dad and Husband. God Bless you and all your family. Love and hugs
More of Dad talking about the history of the farm and family!
Winter is a time to rest and to clean equipment and make repairs and be ready for the green house fun! Hope Lauren feels better soon. I was lucky when I was pregnant, no sickness after the first month. Lauren, you will make it and it will be so worth it!!! Hugs all around!
Love what you do. Continue taking good care of your family.
I miss the snow! 😍 love it. Calie is getting so grown up...
I've also noticed that so many chickens in close quarters like you have, are quite loud. I have 5 chickens and hope to get some chicks in the spring. I'm planning my garden in the spring and have some seeds already from what I grew.
Have you ever grown pointsettia's in the green house? Spring/summer hanging baskets, fall mum's, winter pointsettia's? You'd have all the season's covered. Love your channel.
You must be the best husband snd father ever. God bless you.
Chicken Manure is a great fertilizer for Tomatoes
Ooh how I wish to see & touch Snow one fine day 😊 it looks so beautiful 🤩 congratulations to you & your wife 🙏🏾 blessings throughout her pregnancy😊
Andrew, you don’t know what you’re missing! Sitting in a cubicle every day is the ultimate. 😂
Those twins are going to add soo much to your family. Heard it said a newborn comes with a loaf of bread under its arm...fun to pretend type that's warm wrapped in a basket with sweet honey butter. Extra eyes and ears are big helpers too. Feel better soon Lauren. So nice Andrew could drop in from work day to do breakfast and afternoon tea.
Oh, how I wish I was there with the snow. I was raised in eastern PA, Warren, PA. Now I live in OK, rarely does it snow. 😊
Callie is going to bed soon. That was funny Andrew.
The snow is so pretty guys. Hope Lauren feels better soon.
Callie is so sweet. Yes, she is a celebrity and a really cute one. Thanks Andrew. We had a smattering of snow here in Northern Virginia too.
So how about a dishwasher for the Farm Market kitchen? It won't keep up with all of Grammy's, but would take care of some of them!
LOVE your snow here in Kentucky we have not had any snow yet but the weather temperature is getting cold enough. I grew up in Michigan and we always got plenty of snow. Bless you and your great family. Special prayers for Lareun
Ralph!!! Good seeing you!
Agree!!
Ya'll going to get some hard hats! Lol! Great job Grandpa, you almost took them out!
I hope Lauren is feeling better!!
People say it must be great working outdoors, then it snows, and the office looks a better bet
Really cold and really hot are difficult.
I grow lettuce indoors in the winter. It's nice to have fresh but its not like spring or fall greens. Also takes soil that could go for spring planting. Guess if i had to say it's not worth the soil and time but it's darn nice to have something you didn't have to buy.
Andrew I am right there with you the one child and the twins. The pregnancy my wife went through was rough. You are going to do great you have a great family support around you praying for your family. Thank you for the videos they are so amazing.
Thanks!
I received my Veggie Boys and Girls t-shirt today! 🎉🎉🎉
I'm with Ralphie, snow is not good. I'm old, so I don't want to break my anything.
That is awesome!
Wow looks like grandpa has lost a ton of weight. He always looks great but it sure shows
Rest as much as you can Lauren. Take care.❤️🇨🇦
Thank you! And good to see Ralphie again!
Always love seeing Ralph.
A rope on a ladder getting lowered I thought was a thing since the 1960s. Thanks
Another great video as winter creeps in. Take the best of care, all. ❤
Your Family do a Great Job knowing what is Popular and Focus on that and you make the Most of it. A Fine Tuned and Oiled Machine. Thanks for the video. 👍🙏
Wear you seat belt Andrew. Your family will love you for it
Andrew, you already raise something during the winter. Your family! The most important crop of all. As someone who had a very similar operation to yours in Northern NY, I can definitely agree that all of the factors you mentioned for not growing a winter crop in the greenhouses are very valid. And BTW, you have a beautiful home. I love the wood grain on the interior of your entry door. Also, hope Brian and all of you veggie boys get your deer!
Hi veggie boys 🤗winter's arrived! Keep Safe Guy's
David proudly graduated from high school top of his class at age 97.
Thank you for sharing a brief history of the farm. I find it amazing how things go around and come back in to play about every 50 years or so. Apparently not only in fashion and general trends but in farming as well.
I would love to know what the farm was like when Grammy was growing up. How many siblings she has and where everyone ended up.
Lauren Popsicles help the most with staying hydrated. I can not tell you how many bags of fluids I had to have while pregnant with my kids. My veins do not like needles to this day, my kids are 19 and 20. You will get through this.
Andrew when your family goes hunting, what do you hunt for? Do you eat what you hunt?
Thank you for sharing your amazing wintery world with us. See you in the next one.
We are volunteers at a community farm here in Toronto Canada and watch you every single day
Winter time Greenhouses/hoop houses perform well with root crops like carrots, beets, turnips & radishes also herbs like cilantro, parsley & fennel. Possibly some of your manure could be used to warm a smaller hoop house and set up a winter crop.
Yes, planting on top of a manure pile is an old-time way to grow food during winters.
Love to see all Grammy cooks. Farm chores no matter weather😊😊😊😊😊
Perfect mushroom growing space in the empty greenhouses.
Alot of people eat snow pea shoots (stems and leaves). Possibly you can cut the top half off the plants and sell leaves, stems and snow peas in 1 package???? I like mine that way.
Sending hugs Lauren, morning sickness (all day) stinks, I only gained 13 lbs with my son I was sick everyday all day. He was 8.1 lbs. Rest when you can. Sending love! Here in Michigan we have no snow yet! ❤❤❤
My questions answered just looked for a winter video to hear what you do, glad you get winter and bit of rest.
Hello
Poor Lauren I do hope her sickness eases soon. 😊
I was sick with my twins the whole time 😅😜 but I had 7 an 5 lbs babbies😮 Everyone have a Very Merry Christmas 🎄🎄 an amazing Happy New Year 🎊
Your wife is very lucky. You are so helpful and so attentive. Most men are not.
Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit.
It Looks Beautiful up there with the snow in the Back ground
I know working a farm is hard work but you guys make it such a joy to watch, even out in the fields picking...
Good holidays to you and keep them string beans coming... LOL
Praying for you Lauren.
You are being a great dad and husband, Andrew. I'm sure Lauren really appreciates the TLC.
I know having a separate calf barn would be easier, but using those greenhouses for calves in winter is actually really efficient, and keeps you out of debt. One thing I've wondered is if you could till up the floor in the greenhouses and grow crops actually in the soil under them in winter. We use poly tunnels in our back yard to grow cold weather crops in winter. We have celery, carrots, lettuce, spinach, turnips, kale and beets growing right now in those unheated tunnels, and they are doing great. You might need a little heat in PA, but not a lot. Those crops doing need a lot of heat to do well. As long as the ground doesn't freeze hard in the tunnels, they grow every warm day, and just hold when it is cold. We are getting all the celery we can eat right now, and giving some away. We will harvest the carrots and beets some time in the next couple of months. If we have a really bad cold snap rolling in, we will just go pull them all real quick before it hits. Especially since you are raising calves in those greenhouses, they are amending that soil for you. If you rotated them into different greenhouses each year, you would probably raise great crops in there. I'm kinda surprised anyway, given the PA tradition of growing blanched celery for the holiday season, that you haven't had any celery going. Since you put pallets down in the greenhouses when you are putting plants in them, you wouldn't sink into the soil, and when the calves came back into the greenhouse, they would probably pack it back down pretty quickly.
Good advice. But I understand their reason's. Lack of sunny skies and taking a break.
Praying for Lauren 🙏
I love the way you treat your wife Andrew!😊
Your Dad is a Genious~!
I know you all hunt but I don't think I have ever seen venison on your dinner table. Do you eat what you harvest?? When the twins get here you may have to hire Sadie to help Lauren. I can't wait to see the twins 😊🎄🎁 MERRY CHRISTMAS
They've had chipped venison for lunch sometimes.
@@tsugima6317 I would love to try Grammy's chipped venison.
Love This!!! Would love to have Grannies receipt for Poppy Seed Bread!!! She needs to do a cook book!!! I would buy one for sure.
Am I the only one that ducked when the ladder fell? 😂😂🤣🤣
