As you asked: The monument is Fort Frederiksten near the Swedish Border and the town you saw is Halden in Norway. I read that for 15 years this show was here (All are singing at the borders) but because of Covid and other reasons, this was the last time to be celebrated. Be safe. Elmar from Germany
