It's great that his works so well. I live in Alberta, Canada and the mountains are beautiful, but it can get a bit chilly at night. I like the fact that these are so power efficient and practical. Thank you for the video!
Beautiful Bride will absolutely love this product. On our last trip to the mountains of Baguio, (we stayed in a rental house for cheap money) she complained that "everything is cold." The beds, the floors, the air, and the spring water piped through the public water supply lines were "refreshing." Many folks do not understand that we may have rather frosty temps in some areas, here in our Philippine tropical paradise. One hundred seventy-four Klicks north and two thousand feet of elevation there exists a very different world from our home base. Thank you for bringing this "hot" item to our attention.
I found for me chemical hand warmers made all the difference to my sleep issues, my feet used to keep me awake all night but wearing fresh socks with the warmers stuck on solved my cold sleeping issue. I guess long term solution on the trail would be a hot water bottle but if your using a gas stove you'll burn through a lot of gas, so for me the warmers are perfect
Utilizing a steel Nalgene bottle for heat retention is a clever and efficient method, especially when combined with an insulating sock. This technique not only maintains the temperature of the water for extended periods but also conserves fuel by allowing the same water to be reheated for use the next day. It's a practical approach for outdoor activities where fuel conservation is crucial. Whether using alcohol, gas, or wood, the principle remains the same: the efficiency of heat transfer and retention is key. Bringing an adequate fuel supply is essential, but so is using it wisely to minimize environmental impact and ensure a sustainable adventure. Remember, the goal is to enjoy the great outdoors while leaving as little trace as possible. Camping in extreme cold conditions is a true test of endurance and preparation. The experience described, of staying warm by reheating a steel bottle, is a clever survival technique. It's essential to have the right gear, such as a well-insulated sleeping bag rated for low temperatures, and to use strategies like filling a bottle with hot water to create a heat source. Despite the discomfort, it's an achievement to endure such harsh conditions and emerge with a story to share. This kind of adventure can teach valuable lessons about resilience and resourcefulness in the face of nature's challenges.

That’s really cool and the power consumption isn’t bad.
