watching it again now i kinda understand the judges! he really seemed to be out! but to be fair it was very close.... i can see why some people say he was saved by the buzzer.... its a tricky one!
Just one correction, Merab was not fighting Yan "at maximum capacity", he literally fought with broken hand and got operated shortly after the fight, dude is insane. 😆

He had his opponents wife's BF frozen as well.
There's alot of talk about Vals defense being a boring wrestle scissors her opponent.
Watching it I was sure Val messed up with every takedown looked like she was going to be submitted again.

ise rhythm. If I stay up til 10 I get a second wind and my monkey mind doesn't wind down for hours. Been doing HRV breathwork every morning, a 5\1.5\7\1.5 rhythm, really helps chill me out to a nice calm focus, not sleepy. A persistent eyelid twitch went away as soon as I began the daily practice. I'm gonna keep it up.

The only reason he could win the match the way he did was because the UFC rules highly benefit wrestlers. (12-6 elbows & what is considered a downed opponent )
Am I mad only a little but it’s simply peoples ignorance win the way he did and the way Belal beat Leon is not fighting (Ultimate Fighting Championship) UFC his style abuses a rule made up by people that don’t practice martial arts for “safety” of the fighters
If you put your self in a bad position during a fight you deserve the punishment you take, but clinching on to some and “punching” (200 times without doing damage) is progressing the fight it’s stalling
Most fights in the UFC should be considered a draw with out a clean finish (KO TKO submission DQ) point fighting is for kids it’s not real
Merab wasn’t trying to win a fight he just just collecting points, wrestling isn’t a martial art it’s about control good for not letting you opponent be in the position they want but limiting someone’s ability to be offensive while they try and control ( 12-6 & not being able to strike someone who has one knee on the ground or until recently one hand on the ground) means wrestlers can shoot without a care because of these rules. So if there head is below your shoulder and they have a hand or knee on the ground they are untouchable
