Excellent video lesson! I played on/off for years and when I started watching Jason's videos and especially his Major/minor pentatonic scale and exercises it really opened up the harmonica for me! Scales are a great way to learn, thanks for the lesson 🎶😎🙌
Excellent, This is stuff that I should have practiced hard forty years ago but never did, completely. You are inspiring me to work harder at it. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Big fan of breaking it down. Thankyou. Been learning from Jason but practice time is hard to come by.subscribed to you also now so thanks for the time you spend to teach
Quick noob question. I'm training hard on the first complete scale from this great video on my C harmonica. Does it mean that I can use any of these notes in any chosen pattern to improvise freely on a C tuned song? Does it mean a 3B ( for example) will never fit in the impro at all since it's not part of the scale? I guess I need more theory to understand the instrument better, but it's not easy to find or understand.
Thanks for your lesson, you have opened my eyes in blues improvisaton👏👏👏

There's an infinite amount of combinations! It's extra fun trying to find your own combinations.
Some of the most important training .
Good practice for me. Thank you.

Great lesson! Are you using a regular OOTB harp or has it been customized?
It's a regular out of the box Special 20. I've just bent the cover plates back and painted the barriers.
@@KyrenHarmonica Why? Isn't an OOTB Special 20 good enough? (I just have Blues Harps and one Arkia). And what do you mean by barriers?
Thanks a lot for your video ! The begin of the last pattern remember me Afro Blue by Mongo Santamaria
