Trail running is a lot more harder than regular running. I also am a hiker to & had my first trail 10k. Wow! it made me feel out of shape. Guess I need to do more.
Do you get nervous going out by yourself on trails? I do so I often don't. I miss out though because of that. I even thought about carrying pepper spray to help me conquer my fears lol
I'm trying to watch this on my Roku and comment on TH-cam. I almost synced the two videos. :) Anyways, I guess this is your first stick. I am using one for the first time also It does steady a lot using the stabilization on the camera. I have a lot of elevation in my trail run next month but I have a minimal amount in my training trails. Yikes to me. You did a great job with the stick. :)

Looks like a nice trail. I got my hiney kicked when we ran the trail behind our house. The hill did my shins and knees in for a couple days.

for some reason we tend to lose cardio fitness very quickly,unlike weight lifting.Don't give up,hope to see you at a race someday.
