That sounds like a nightmare, man! did you have like a rental stipulation in the closing papers? when we first sold there was a thing that said we had to be out by a certain date, otherwise they got charged hundreds of dollars starting that day. Man, that sucks. Those sellers are real winners. That looks like a nice kitchen. Congrats!

I would have been livid. By us, we do a walkthrough a day or so before settlement and if stuff is not cleaned out, then settlement can be held up.

I agree! So disrespectful! It was such a crappy situation to be in! No winning. Changed locks for sure. Ugh. We are NEVER moving!
Hope you guy don't move any time soon. It is hard enough moving once. Hope everything else goes well for you guys.
