Love this. Brings me back 'kindof' to 2006 and building home in cabo. I had a developer doing it, but i remember just watching and seeing the vast differences from US building. And that was nearly 20 yrs ago. You guys are doing it right...secure a person who you trust and can help direct you...priceless. keep up the dirty, sweaty, fun. ❤
Yea, guess none of that matters right??? We are still the red meat for none other than your president and racist majority. Some day these kind and helpful people will be no longer.

How blessed the Van Wives are! Throughout your journey of traveling to the many destinations over the years, learning new languages experiencing New cultures, and although there's so much more to be experienced I'm beginning to think of you as being citizens of the world 🌍. Continue to grow embracing the fullness of the life that you have created for yourselves. As a member of the PAC I think of you as the epitome of leadership😊
Die Community hat euch sehnlichst erwartet ! Schön, dass wir euch Beide wieder im neuen Projekt begleiten dürfen. Alle sind wieder gespannt auf die neuen Folgen jeden Sonntag !
So good to see you both! You've been terribly missed. First - you both look fantastic - you are just glowing with excitement and purpose and growth in embracing the Mexican culture with how things get done. I'm so proud of you ladies for getting so many things done, and facing the challenges head on as you always do together. I am so thrilled and excited with the anticipation of this new journey. I can't wait to watch the growth of this project and all of your challenges, success and adventure. Stay safe, stay healthy and please give the supervisors some scritches and belly rubs for me. ~Much love from Louisiana~ 💖❤💗
Missed you girls, so glad you’re back. It makes since every country has their own way of doing things. I wish you all the luck in the world with this build. So glad Crystal speaks the language. You are doing great, keep it up.
Arizona desert girly here, I remember our dad digging the hole for our swimming pool ( in the 60s) and breaking teeth off our backhoe I also remember he finally got some sticks of dynamite and that did the job lol. And I have had friends build homes in Mexico where things do take longer it's just part of the Manana process enjoy every minute of it!
You ladies are amazing. I have on the journey with you since you started, and I have been excited about every project you have done. Your videos are top quality and enjoyable to watch. I am 81 years old and, in a wheelchair, so you are a very important part of my life. Mahalo!
So glad to see you guys back I was so lost without your videos. I’m so happy for you guys , there’s nothing you can’t do. Until next week, be safe ❤️🥰❤️
Good to see you four again. I really like how you handle all the work and the nessesary stuff. A little tip: When you use the Milwaukee with the chisel, you have to switch it to a hammer and not let the chisel rotate like a drill. Anyway, I am very happy to see you guys on Sundays again.

It is wonderful that you ladies aren't afraid to do super really hard stuff . You definitely learn as you go. Congratulations on breaking ground on your new land.
Just a heads up girls, one good thing for digging is called a wrecking bar. At least that’s what we call him in my Construction business. It’s a metal heavy duty black bar with a point on one end and round cap on the other typically, although they come in different styles The idea is to use that wrecking bar to work the edges of the hole loosen up dirt and then you can use your hand post hole digger to pull the loose dirt out Then repeat Using the wrecking bar to cut the edges and depth, and then the post hole diggers to remove the dirt

I just found your channel and I'm in awe of you both. I immediately told my wife about your journey in Mexico and I look forward to seeing it all. Best of luck
We used sono tubes when we rebuit our fence. In tricky spots my hubby built wood forms. He drives a concrete truck, so free for us. We hand built a beautiful cedar fence in BC. Love seeing the construction methods in Mexico. Definitely challeging. Go girls!
So glad to see you ladies!!! ❤️ me and my hubby have been so worried about you 2 and I have seen many posts by viewers worried if ya'll were ok! Nice to see the video ... SOOO MUCH RELIEF! 🥰❤️
Aww sorry we had you worried. We actually had put it in our pinned comment in the last video that we would be away. Happy New Year thank you for tuning in 💛🐶
You guys are so amazing! Love watching this new adventure unfold. Just a quick safety note you should really consider wearing safety glasses when using that hammer drill. Dust and debris flying all over the place and your eyes are so precious (as Crystal found out while applying the cement ceiling paint).
Oh my word, ya'll were KILLING ME waiting for an update!!! 🤣Sooooo glad to see you back! And....given the cold snap here in Georgia, the sun down in Mexico looks wonderful right now.
Have you tried using a pressure washer for the dirt? It might be muddy and you might have to top up on water faster but pressure washers are great at breaking up dirt and grass when using it.
So happy you’re back!!! I’m glad the Supervisors and the neighboring supervisors made an appearance too. Looking forward to learning all about this process in Mexico with you.❤❤❤
I love what you two are doing, and it makes me proud despite how different this experience is for y’all, you Both are enjoying Mexico. Cheers and I wish you luck and continued happiness.
Happy New Year and happy new projects! Someone may have suggested this. When we built a home on hard pan in the Central Valley of Ca we dynamited the holes we needed.
Amazing. When I moved to Mexico 7 years ago I also found out the Mexican way now imagine that I bought land on top of a red mountain filled 90% of big rocks and tall grass and slowly turning it into a paradise! Amazing watching you guys doing it
This is awesome! All of your experience from the last three years or so is paying off. And, since you two sponges soak up everything, you are learning the ropes of building in Mexico and you are well underway. How exciting!
Sundays have not been the same for the last few weeks!☹️ My Princess gives me a hopeful look on Sundays and I have to tell her not this week 😢. Glad to have you back we missed you so much ❤. Princess is my best Furbabie friend ❤!!!!
Wow. As beautiful as Mexico is it's definitely hard to build on. I knew there would be learning curves but never imagined it would be this difficult. Y'all got this! It's going to be gorgeous. Learning how to get stuff as well as how to do it. I know y'all gotta be sore from head to toes. Is it next Sunday yet? I'm so excited to see more. Sending you both so much love❤
You girls are just amazing!!! We had property in Todo Santos for 45 yrs. We were in a 12 acre ranch with 4 other friends. We camped for so many years, right out front, ocean only steps away., enjoying the ocean and local people we called family. We were building our dream own home in {2006}. in 2007 our neighbor decided to build his home 30 ft from ours. Even though he had 5 acres himself. We almost completed it, just the bathroom left to go, when we decided to sell in 2008. We split up the property in half and sold the house and back portion, with beach access, as the people who bought it, lost a ton of $ in 2008 and could not afford the total 2 1/2 acres with ocean front. We kept traveling down there for many more years until our surf break was over crowed, with visitors living in the arroyo, leaving there trash all over and the Baja that we so enjoyed for all those years was unrecognizable. We sold the front part of our property in 2019. One of our deciding moments was when they built a restaurant ( the green room} right on the corner of our semi private property. Our quiet sunsets and relaxing daytime spots were gone. I used to walk for miles along on those majestic white sand beaches and see another person. I love what you girls are doing and creating your Baja home by yourselves. You have proven to be 2 woman who can build anything and create a magical place to call home. I have watched you for years, I have laughed and cried at your videos. Your content is flawless and such a pleasure to watch. We had it for 45 yrs, now it's your turn to enjoy. I am very excited for you both. Wishing you all the best along your amazing journey. Be safe out there. 💖 Elly Hugs to Bella & Izzy
Great and sad story. What is wrong with people. Building right on top of you and then a nightclub. I am so so sorry. Enjoy your retirement and your awesome memories.
Oh my goodness!!!! Ya'll are really working 💪 so hard. And learning all the building information in Mexico is so different. That ground is like cement!!!!! Unreal.... So glad to see ya'll 💓. Take good care of yourself. All good thoughts and prayers are with you. ❤❤💗💞💕
Good to have you back! ❤😊 Always exciting to watch everything you do and work at! Quick question: where did the camper end up? Didn't you want to live in there? It looked like a flat you're living in, but maybe it was the camper looking huge 😂
I admire and respect very much that you girls have made the decision to go and build in my country being something so different for you, keep up the good work your content is spectacular!
Hola, fun fact actually cerritos, pescadero and Todos Santos have a lot of ground water, so digging a well ends up hitting water in the majority of areas - the issue is it is almost impossible to get a permit for this and it is a very lengthy (years) process. The older homes in Cerritos often have a well, and the majority of agriculture north of TS.
Hi Crystal and Jasmine, Jason from Alaska here, YAYYYYYY, I am so excited to see you started working on your property, I cant wait to follow along with you both as you build your house!!!
I live in Mexico. I have been watch them build a two story clinic across from my house. All the cement used was in bags. Much easier to cut a bag in half and load it into the cement mixer. Good Luck ladies.
What a difference wet ground and the trees and mud at times to cement dry ground in Mexico, a whole new experience. Good luck and great to see you back, and looking forward to more of the build.
So glad you are back! Love my Sunday mornings with you ladies! And seeing all of your hard work turn into something beautiful is so inspiring! Keep up the great work!!❤️
It's a lot different building your home then like what u guys did refurbishing existing a pieces of land & building. I redone a lot of places I rented but when I built my home I was working & raising my son by myself & it was a bit overwhelming building my home. Good luck girls. It's very satisfying when it's all finally completed. I have faith in you both!
WOW yall are making so much progress with clearing the land, setting up the fence, and making new friends❣️ Be safe and can't wait for the next project😎
So glad you guys are back, these couple of weeks of waiting for your return was brutal,so I watched some of your past videos with my Sunday Morning breakfast, now all is right with the world 🌎.

****Rant Alert about Food****
Who you choose to sponsor you is your choice. But its a bit hypocritical to be vegan/vegetarian and then give human grade food to animals. There is plenty of food market as animal grade, your sponsor is just increasing prices for poor people. Also if its made from the same food that is in the western diet, then its just as bad for dogs as it is for humans. The problem is that they age in 2 months an equivalent to 1 human year. So right now your young enough that your exercise & lifestyle IN MY OPINION counteracts the potential damage from your dietry choices. Plus you may bilogically capable of handling a high sugar diet. But your I would strongly suggest your shortening their quality of life span.
As I said who you to choose to let sponor your channel is upto you.
But I hope in reality, you have good contacts at the local ¿abatoir? (Sorry French is likely to be better than mine) to buy the meat that can't or wasn't sold to humans.

Awe Rhonda thanks for your kind words. We are up for the challenge- especially with the support of our Pack 💛 Next Sunday see you soon!
Our quiet sunsets and relaxing
daytime spots were gone.
I just never realized that such big smiles could be found with such hard work, you girls are incredable, love to the supervisers.
You ladies are rockstars! 💪
You both have awesome attitudes to life, thank you for the videos that brighten our days.
It's so good to see you and your progress. McGiver is your specialty and I have faith. I'm happy that you guys are living your dream. Blessings
Wow, what a challenge in Mexico. Alot to learn. You girls are Rockstar's.. Always up for a challenge..
I'll be waiting for your next video. Be safe ❤❤
These two can be Tire-some. It’s like watching two moths dancing around a lightbulb.
Hahahaha I’ve never heard that before thank you for watching 💛
Aww, my girls are BACK! Yeah ❤❤❤
Awe so sweet of you to share with us! Happy to be back. 😊🐶
What a difference wet ground and the trees and mud at times to cement dry ground in Mexico, a whole new experience. Good luck and great to see you back, and looking forward to more of the build.
Is it ever haha! Thanks for coming along :)
So glad you are back! Love my Sunday mornings with you ladies! And seeing all of your hard work turn into something beautiful is so inspiring! Keep up the great work!!❤️

You got it!!! Will do 😊 Thank you for tuning in 💛
My online family is back. I'm so happy.
🍵CHEERS.... hope you enjoyed your break. Wellness is so important . Remember if you're not living on the edge you are taking up to much space....✌
Thank you! Cheers to you! 😊🐶

You may need the jack hammer attachment for that machine. Bust it all up and then dig it out.
Glad you're back online. I was worried for a moment. Keep up the good work; before long, you will have another off-grid home.
I feel like a little kid right now - stomping me feet and whining: I don't want to wait until next Sunday to see the fence built, I want it now!!😭😭😭
Hahaha thanks for tuning in Sherry 💛🤣
For your oversize fence poll hole, L👁👁K for some old Tires 13" or 14" find this at any tire shop, Fill them in with cement and you 2 can probably figure out the rest.

I'm 37yrs old. $73,000 biweekly and I'm retired, this video has inspired me greatly in many ways!!!!!!!!!💜
I’m feeling truly inspired.
Can you provide additional insights about the bi-weekly subject you mentioned?
I raised 184k and Anna Kathleen Sanford is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Anna K. Sanford is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
Whoa 😲 I know her too!
Miss Anna Kathleen Sanford is an incredible person who has brought immense inspiration and positivity into my life.
I meagerly kicked off with $2k, and the results have been Jaw-dropping TBH!!!
