Wish I could get my sockets to hold on well enough to do a quarter of what they're doing in these videos. I just ride my dirt bike without my prosthetic on. It just falls off the leg and gets sucked into the rear wheel most of the time anyway.
If you ride dirt bikes you must be mechanically inclined. So here's what I do, but you prosthetic guy needs to be cool. I take the test socket home for about 6 weeks, wearing it and adjusting with a heat gun every few days. Basically mold your leg and socket together, not just the socket to your leg. It takes some time for both to actually meet in the middle for a great. More than anything getting your leg molded . And if you have any painful end area your able to form pads into the socket. I form some spots in the back end where my gel pads will sit for more protection. You might even have an old test socket to start practicing on. There's literally no better way than using time so everything fits properly
@sterlinghousewashpressurew9594 I'm actually just getting out of a test socket tomorrow. I'll talk with my guy about keeping it for this purpose. I had considered a few different options, but the same problem had existed since 2009, when the bone underneath was the problem, not the socket design itself. I just had surgery to fix it in May, so I'm still not sure what all I can do with it yet. But so far, it's much, much better
hello guys, my name is Matheus I was wondering how do I get a prosthesis that I am velocross pilot in Brazil and here I to compete with normal people who have both legs because here does not exist category adaptive and my prosthesis is not good to compete.

The website seems like it hasn't been updated since 2012. Is the company still active and the product still available?
Anyone know who made this guys socket? Please help!
Has anyone used this knee for rock climbing yet? I'm trying to decide which sports knee to get.
