BioDapt - Changing Lives with High-End Prosthetics

BioDapt creates high-performance lower limb prosthetics for action sports. Mike Schultz, an athlete himself, uses SOLIDWORKS products to design prosthetics used by many of the world’s elite adaptive athletes, many of whom are also medal winners. Mike shares his story of being an athlete, losing his lower leg, and then developing a high-performance design that eventually turned into his business - BioDapt. Mike still competes and pushed the limits on his designs, while collaborating with other designers to build the best products.

Very inspiring indeed, great job Mike. I have both my legs but understand fully the stresses motocross can put on your body having raced for many years from the mid 70s. I used to race against someone who last his leg entirely and his balance was wonderful. He rode an Rokon auto so he didn’t have to shift.
