    You should do a video on accessible attractions on Oahu. I'm sure many wheelchair tourists would find it useful.

      I have a whole list that I hopefully will get to. Bishop Museum, Hanauma bay, Iolani palace, Waimea falls, Makapuu lighthouse, Ho’omaluhia..Anything you can think of?

    How do you have such a small stomach ? I do my physio regularly, but can’t get my stomach to reduce. I’m a c6,c7 SCI

      Ever try intermittent fasting? I really just don't eat much too. And I'm lactose so that takes out a lot of bad fatty foods.

      @@coreyaustin14 I can’t skip meals cause I get acidity. I have reduced the amount that I eat. After watching ur vid, I was wondering if there were any exercises you do for stomach. My abs don’t function, so most stomach exercises I do are just passive.

    You get a workout just from getting ready to work out.
    Be careful bending over and grunting to lift a weight up off the ground and might make you crap in your pants. At least it does me LOL.
    I use a arm cycle stationary and a rickshaw to work out much easier.
