I went through the temple after 1990 so I missed that next level of crazy, but I did walk around naked in the temple wearing a sheet with a hole cut in it for my head to go through. The odd thing was, the sheet seemed to be oblong, so it would only cover two sides of me. I asked my Dad who was changing in the temple locker room stall next to me...which way does the sheet go? He laughed and said I should cover the front and back of myself. So I walked around with the sides open, cuz hey, why not? 🤪 Needless to say on the ride home I sat in the back of the car in silence, thinking about how Elohim wanted all that to happen. 🤯😵‍💫

Yes, that is what I remember. I was 12 and pretty traumatized by the whole ordeal. They submerged me I believe 30 times with little time to take a breath. Don't even get me started on Fast Sundays. Mom tells me we're going to the steak house, I'm like, great! I'm starving. Two hours of blah blah blah and I'm actually praying now that I can pick the piece of white Wonder Bread that the deacons didn't pull apart enough. Steak house my ass.

I am a Christian and I fail to see how joseph smith’s behavior has to do with love. Like in love your neighbor as yourself.
I think I will take a pass on Joseph smith and his off the wall church.
