Hello sir, My sim module doesn't show any response after sending at commands..
My project is gas leakage detection and the gas readings are displayed in serial monitor simultaneously so will that suppress the sim module's response.. please do help me sir 😢.. I am stuck with it for past 3-4 weeks 😭

Hello sir , my gsm 900a is not blinking(D6) . It just glows when it finds the signal(connection). What is the problem? . Is there anyother way to contact you?
Probably not enough current. use 2 different power sources. One for Arduino and one for GSM and don't forget to link Ground between Arduino and GSM.
excuse me sir i am using this gsm 900a for my science project.Actually the problem is that my gsm is not sending SMS to a desired person what should i do
Well that's a very general question. Maybe you can try to spot where the problem is. Go thru part1,2 and 3 to see if you could replicate the same from your end

Have you tried varying the Serial Monitor configuration and see how the outcome varies.
@@electronicseternity9210 yes sir, all that had been done, changing laptop, mac, pc, and change each baudrate also result similar findings or even worst. Can you please do help me. So far when I call the number from other phone, the serial monitor indicate something, but the value/ character display was not understandable..
@@syaduinotech3681 Tbh, the characters are not understandable for me too. I'd suggest contacting your SIM900 provider. I did the same anytime I need info on my gsm module.
@@electronicseternity9210 thanks sir. Your ideas make sense.. i re do it again, based on your sketch and change one baudrate by one.. until i got mine 38400 and its well done and able to be used. Tq sir.. your response and sharing very much appreciated
