Reflection MSAA is broken on this game for AMD Graphics cards so you will need to turn that off in order for it to work. Notice how the cars look so mat black. switch it off and then it will work as it should. been like that for years. off = on.

Not if you turn on Nvidia PCSS shadows, then the reflections seem to work just fine.
