- In today's video I'll be sharing my experience with importing plants from Indonesia for the first time! I was super nervous to unbox these plants because I had no idea what I'd find. I'm happy I took the leap and that I went with greenspaces.id for my first import order. Grab a snack cuz this is a looong video!

See that's what makes me nervous about ordering from Greenspaces. My first import was from Ecuagenera and yes it takes longee for you to get your plants but you dont gotta worry about import permits and all of that. I'm tempted to do it. I have a few plants i want in my collection that Greenspaces has that Ecuagenera don't. But i loved your video! I hope your plants survive! :)
Thank!! Most have survived and I haven’t tried Ecuagenera yet but I deff plan to. But yea the first time it was a little confusing but my second time around was a much more simple process

I did my import the end of January and received in February. All my plans are still alive. My satin jade is still looking sad but I haven’t lost any leaves. I soaked the ones with funky roots in a peroxide solution for like an hour than I place everyone in water with dissolved B1 tablets. 😂😂😂 I did read it was a myth but I was like well it can’t hurt. I do plan on the doing another order but it’ll probably be the end of next month or the beginning of May. I’m finishing up my Masters at the end of the spring semester and I plan to treat myself! I might even do both greenspaces and the educator one. You made me want a splendid and a majestic although I never considered the fuzzy stems. I’ll be watching to see how they do! Grow🪴 grow!

If I had some b1 on hand I probably would’ve tried it but your right I didn’t find any info sayin it was harmful soo…🤷🏽♀️ I will definitely do an update..as of now some are looking a little sad but I’m hoping they’ll bounce back it’s only been a couple days

My first ever order almost 2 years ago I bought a syngonium Albo within my order and I received a full on reverted Albo, no white leaves at all. I have never purchased from them again after that.

@@PlantsNTings Yeah 😅 , still cutting it back till this day and still no variegation. Luckily I picked up a full pot from a couple a few months ago from a porch pick up, it’s the prettiest Albo I’ve ever seen.

One question though you keep saying “pond” I’m not sure but what is this medium you’re potting in and can you talk about it as I’ve never heard of it and I think I’d like to try it thanks in advance and love your channel by the way ..I just heard the end of your video and I’d be very interested in sharing the cost because there are several “exotic” plants I’m very interested in. Hi thanks soo much for watching. I can deff do a detailed video on pon. In the meantime I have a video “soil free plants” where you can at least see what it looks likes and how I pot up plants in it. I really appreciate your suggestions! Maybe I can do an online plant shopping video and I can show cost of rare plants? Lemme know if that’s something you’re interested in seeing!
@@PlantsNTings yes I would definitely like to see the soil less mediums I’m trying to get away from soil I had an ant infestation and had to throw my baby away so anything other than potting soil I’m trying to learn …I tried leca which I’m finding too difficult I just did two plants in leca and that is all I can handle ..so any other medium they can live in and thrive in is welcome and I’m open to learning thanks so much!!! I’ll be watching ❤️

ooooo! Princess, I hope you don't face any problems down the line. The times we are in are so dangerous with so many crooked things going on. There are so many horror stories original owners of SS's and how long it takes to establish their ID with that number. Perhaps you could call customs here or where it happened and verify if that's a standard at times to ask for that. The plants, I'm so happy to see you happy and the satisfied condition of the plants.
No. I don't Think you should cut anything right now. See what happens after being in water for a few days and then cont. your process. You may be surprised. So now you know why they were 125. Work with them Princess and see what happens after you apply your best love. Git them sales but know something is amiss why thy're so low. It's like when I buy damaged plants purposely, I get half price or even less than half price. Many times with love the plants thrive and do well. At least you didn't spend 3 to 5 hundred dollars. You def. would've had a case.
Thanks for your concern! I was worried too so I looked it up and customs does require your ssn for the paperwork when importing items. So I was relieved to find that out. I jus wish the lady would’ve explained that. But I do with some tlc will be just fine. I’ll deff be comin back with some updates!

Oh I never heard of that shop I’ll have to check them out lol but yea i dunno I googled if that was normal and it did say your ssn is needed for customs documents when importing items soo I dunno..I jus wish she would’ve responded and explained further.

Oh when I called the verrucosum an added bonus I didn’t mean it was free..it was marked down the same as the rest to $25..I jus meant I wasn’t really excited about it.
