hey friend here’s an essential tip about paraíso verde variegation! they will revert if the temperature is not warm enough. light + warmer temperature is the key to bringing variegation back! it could be that the season has changed where you’re at and cooler temps are creeping in through a window close by? even a draft from an air vent can be the cause i have found so i’d definitely play around with trying to get this species in the warmest & brightest spot in your home :)
You made me laugh today Lauren 😂 Felt it too when you broke that pretty container! Oh well...back to the good will shop 😜 You had accomplished so much at that late hour, I'm very impressed 👏🏼👏🏼That last phil. that you didn't put up looks to me light a white wizard..? A great chill sesh! 🥰
I just got an NJoy. I saw a basket at my eye Drs and asked if I could take a piece. The poor guy kept looking for someone to show up and whisk him away. He finally gulped “yes? But don’t make it ugly”. I took one branch that had 7 cuttings I got out that branch. They sure are beautiful.
Don't get rid of your vase that broke. If it's a clean break get some gel style crazy glue (there's a Gorilla one you can get) and glue that sucker back together. Having rough and tumble boys (who are now 16 & 18) and crazy cats I've had a lot of glass items I loved break. Crazy glue saved the day every time. I also would do sliver of gold acrylic paint along the seam - look up the Japanese art of Kintsugi. It's philosophy is beautiful - accept your flaws and imperfections. Thank you for your videos like these - I feel like we're bffs. I literally will talk back and my husband would be like "Uh, who're you talking to." I'd side eye him and say my bff - he thinks I'm crazy. Men 🙄 Love him though. I've only started collecting plants this past year and feel like I gotta have them all!
😂😂that’s is so funny! I be feelin like I’m takin to y’all too💀 But omg I wish I would’ve thought of that especially the gold acrylic paint that would’ve been soooo pretty! I will deff try that next time cuz I know I’ll break something again🫠
Hello enjoy plant day 💚 I could tell you used a regimen on your face. Maybe once in while your favorite things and products. Also some of your favorite meals you like to cook .
We have Kroger in oregon where they are called Fred Meyers. Kroger bought out Fred Meyers. I don’t know if this throughout the whole state of oregon but I know for the big city of Portland.
I'd also love to know you're thoughts on LECA vs Pon vs Soil...what's your preference and why? Also, do you think some plants actually do bettter in one substrate vs another?
How big is you’re money plant tree? Can you show it in another video? Mine is tall bit it keeps losing all of the leaves and stems all the while putting out new branches and leaves at the top. Ive heard to keep it dry. Give h good sun, and don’t let it dry out. What do you do for yours. Mine is in a west facing window and now it’s getting regular watering. I’d like to know what you do. Maybe a whole short video on just the money tree. Just a thought.
Ok sure I can do that! And it’s massive by the way.. probably7ft by now.. it’s starting to lose lower leaves now. I’m honestly not sure I do anything special with it but I will deff share exactly what I do. Thanks for the suggestion Lisa!
I have the same problem with my money tree. It’s so heavy. I keep cutting it and it keeps growing. I’m currently not buying anymore plants. It’s too hot and I’m way overwhelmed. I’m just focused on my collection as of now.
I love dollar tree for all my glass vessels! I tried goodwill but didn’t find anything and wasn’t a fan of the prices at mine lol. Everything looks great I love the square glass vessels for my plants too
I have a very very random ?… why does your good will price things so seemingly random? Is it so when they ring the items up the item plus sales tax equals a well rounded number? Like why $1.01, 3.93 etc… sorry I had to ask lol
My Pariso Verde just now started putting out good variegation since last summer. I think it takes a while for it to adjust to warmer temps an higher light. 🫶🏼💚
The twisted lipstick plants are divas. I couldn’t water them enough.
Are they? My regular lipstick plant turned out to be a bit difficult

It’s not ready for a pole. I agree with you. Is it weird that I write to you like you’re able to hear my comments?

I have the same problem with my money tree. It’s so heavy. I keep cutting it and it keeps growing. I’m currently not buying anymore plants. It’s too hot and I’m way overwhelmed. I’m just focused on my collection as of now.
Seriously! I haven’t cut it yet but I imagine it’s jus gonna get bushier..and I agree I’m busy enough with the plants I have
I love dollar tree for all my glass vessels! I tried goodwill but didn’t find anything and wasn’t a fan of the prices at mine lol. Everything looks great I love the square glass vessels for my plants too

Water prop please if it doesn’t go in with the other paraiso verde
Yup it’s been in water
Diffenbachia. Both. But they need to be separated into their own pot. They are different plants.
Yes I figured that
