All too often we're so quick to slap the label of "legend" on a horse, but Kauto Star was a horse that truly deserved that accolade and many more. A sad day for the sport indeed.
It was Clifford’s fault…..putting King Kauto out to dressage was totally stupid and unnecessary, used the horse for his own greed and this was the result!
What a sad day. Thanks to Paul Nicholls and his team for all the fantastic memories with one of the greatest we will ever seen. Run free King Kauto
