Here in the USA take that same tire to a tire shop and ask to have it fixed they would laugh at you and say hell no you need to buy a new tire
Damn breaking down barrels like that is hard work... When I was a kid living in Florida my buddies and I broke down three that way using a mower blade to use the metal in a shelter on a raft floating down the Hillsborough river. Looked like Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn

With all those pressing rollers, you'd think someone would extend the axles on one side, affix some specialized wheels, and basically fashion a giant can opener to pop off the ends of the drums.
The tubes are delivered to the factory next door where they’re made into steel drums.

I notice there's not really any "Tradesmen". They're just production line workers. They're just repeating the same actions they were shown when they started. Doing the *exact* same actions each time whether it needs it or not. Like a robot does. It completes whatever tasks its assigned in the order that they were assigned. Even if they don't *need* to.
So like American factory workers but only getting a fraction of the pay. This video showed men working their asses off with 20th century machines yet still turning out a quality product.
