20:41 I'm surprised no one set Mickey straight on the "logo war" Jimmy started. Jimmy wasn't obsessed. He didn't care about his McGill name or the HHM logo. It wasn't an end in and of itself. It was a means to an end. It was the setup to his long con.
He was hoping to trigger Howard and goad him to file an injunction on behalf of the multi-million-dollar firm HHM against the billboard of little old Mr. Every Man, Jimmy. That would then set up the plausible reason for why Jimmy happened to be filming it (with a film crew he personally hired). But before he filmed, he alerted the media about this David v. Goliath billboard war and made such a public stink about it. Because when the story of his heroics spread, he knew that news stations would be asking for footage of the event. And if any reporter vetted the story and the "conveniently" fortuitous happenstance of his having it all on film, EVERYTHING would've checked out. The logo war, the judge's injunction, the reason for his filming, etc.
On an unrelated note, the number of spoilery comments in the comment section is astounding. I hope they have a moderator sifting through them because, man... talk about providing information about the series these first-time viewers don't need to know yet....
Most reactors have been fooled by the Rolex scam but I’ve never seen everyone fall for it! And then, not learning their lesson, fell for the billboard scam, too!! 🤣

I wonder when they're going to go from calling him "Saul" to "Jimmy"? For me it was around episode 6.
For me it was episode 1, as soon as I saw the differences in his character and the different name he just registered in my brain as a different character.
It was hard for me to get used to, after hearing it enough times I slowly started calling him Jimmy, because yeah Jimmy is different from Saul. Happened sometime in the first season, don’t exactly remember when but probably also around ep 6
When Jimmy returned 1.6 Million back to govt (kettleberg case) then I started to call him Jimmy

Mrs.Kettleman also played a vilain on Preacher. Preacher would be a great show to react to also.. that same actress (Julie Ann Emery) also played the pregnant wife of a cop in the tv series Fargo season 1. Yet an other show that would be good to react to.
They did react to the pilot episode of Fargo awhile back but that was pretty much it. I'd love to see them go back & cover more of that show.

Agoraphobia isn't a fear of the outdoors, it's a fear of large groups of people. The show is about Jimmy's transformation into Saul fully, little by little. You'll learn more and more details about Chuck's condition as the series progresses, it's supposed to have some mystery to it.

Next episode should make it obvious what Chuck's issue is
I dislike Chuck because of how he goes after his own blood, I can't imagine going after my little brother no matter what he did(even murder honestly), at worst I would stay away from him. I think their father would be just as disappointed in Chuck for attacking Jimmy as he would be in Jimmy for being immoral.
Nahid is going to have to explain about Chuck. I don’t think they’re going to work it out on their own.

Fair use is like filming a car crash scene, while a backseat TV plays 10 minutes of game of thrones. :p
Napalm38382 Not exactly. Fair use is just constituted by the media usage being transformative. If a court deemed their commentary to be transformative and adds something to the work, then it would be considered fair use. However, reactions are very much in a gray area as there aren’t a lot of court cases dealing with it
@@Pallyforeva So, why just certain networks? Reactions was my point, exact source material. A lensflare, cutting, reverse video is not "transformative" . Certain networks are just "fine with it" but does not fall under fair use.
You can't make a poster with 1 FRAME of that video. And sell it. (at least as fair use) If you become giant at selling them, then they will just crush you, all your shit gone.
But, they could certainly well before that just do a DMCA claim and let you take "fair use" to a case against them. And all the reactors know they messing up in that case, it's just some networks fine with it.
Get big enough on one network that they consider branding you, buying you instead of crushing and blocking you. That's your out. And then no one believes you're actually "reacting" to it. :p
Initially, I thought the episode could've ended with Chuck just noticing the papers on the other driveways but's a great show don't tell moment. Along with witnessing the severity of his condition it demonstrates his determination to do the right thing.

I love this show. I like it a little better than breaking bad. Because I think I like to see all the scams and more humorous situations. But both are near perfect shows.

They are waaaayyy better reactors than Nikki and Steven. N&S barely scream, but man they're too stoopid for this kind of show. For instance, The Normies didn't get it while they're only in episode 4. Meanwhile, N&S didn't get it while they're in season 4. However, The Normies isn't my go-to channel, only watched their reactions to ATLA universe and BB universe and I can say they're alright.
