As a former biker, I can honestly say: THAT is biker honor and shows once again what a huge heart most of us have! To fulfill a young, terminally ill boy's last heartfelt wish is so moving and touching - I have no words for it... If I were still driving today, I would definitely have been there ^^ (at 58 and as a mother, my active days are unfortunately long gone...). This video moves me to tears every time - and I am proud to have been a biker myself and grateful to all participating riders for this great campaign!
RIP little boy Kilian.🙏💜Great show. There is a saying in Germany : If you have a friend , you have him forever. We always help each other and are there for each other.
you know everyone complains allways about bikers and truck drivers but from my experience, they are amazing, allways willing to help anyone in need and even helping to keep areas clean by picking up stuff others left!
Wow! We have Charity biker rides, Children's Hospital rides, Christmas Present Donation rides, etc, in Australia but this is perhaps 5 times bigger - extraordinary! It is amazing what people can do together! 😲👏🙋
Take into account the vastness of Australia and the different population sizes. If it were as big (small) as Germany with 80 million inhabitants, there would have been no fewer in Australia. With love for Australia, Michael from Germany
Keep in mind many are organised by the supposedly “Outlaw motorcycle clubs” too. These are the days where rival clubs set aside their differences and join forces for the love and generosity of children.
That day I was on my way to the north and I saw bikers wearing rabbit costumes. I thought they were part of a bachelor party. I learned the real reason months later. That was a true biker salute!
Damn I have to cry every time when I see this again... Yes, where he lived is kinda small and in the middle of nowhere. The great, sad event happened near where i live in the north of Germany near the border to the Netherlands.
15.000 bikers gathered for little Kilian from Rhauderfehn on July 24th 2021, who was suffering from cancer, to fulfill his last, greatest wish under the motto "Noise for Kilian". One of the bikers who came was 21-year-old Mathias S. from Ottersberg. But tragically, he had a fatal accident on the way back home. Little Kilian died a month later. 😢❤
I hate that the guy, who uploaded the video, showed first some highways filled with motorcycles which are sequences that clearly are not filmed in Germany and from a very different occasion. After time index 1:32 begins the real footage and from there on it is a great video. But the beginning just bothers me.
Yes and because of that misleading comparison-snippet at the beginning to show how big a biker-crowd of that size would looks like, some people just claims that the rest of video after 1:32 would be a fraud, what it's a shame, because that sad fate of this child is true and even worser: One of the bikers who was taking part of that honorful parade died on the way home.
Yes, there were no pictures of the mass arrival in Germany for the boy with cancer that could have revealed the extent of the event. That's why the original video creator resorted to this video montage.
Ok, I've been watching this for the fifth(?) time now, and it's even more touching with your moving reaction. Thank you very much! 😇 Best wishes from beyond the pond
I work in a residential building for disabled people. 2 years ago, a mother of one of our residents asked on Facebook for people to send him a birthday card. It was shared countless times and he ended up receiving over 3,000 cards from all over the world. It was extremely cool to get such a big outpouring of sympathy.
0:00 - 1:33 Note: This is not from Germany. Some of it comes from South America. Unfortunately, a biker died on the way home from this event. He was from my town.

When Dave Myers, one half of the Hairy Bikers TV Chef show, died of a brain tumour, his funeral attracted nearly 40,000 bikers joined the ride from London to Cumbria.

While it really happened (20k+ bikers and all) the intro videos of bikers riding on highways were cut and edited from multiple countries. While it is a great representation it had little to nothing to do with Killian's wish. So if the makers of said video had left those out instead of editing unrelated stuff in, it would have been more honest, and also a lot more in the spirit of the real biker action. But that's just my opinion; others may see it differently.
What I dont like about the video is that it conains snippets which are not from germany, let alone from from that specific area. Nevertheless that was a hughe crowd. And I am from that area.
A wonderful film and a tribute to the little person - But as alway JPS you show the smallest picture and hog the screen with your own face. If your'e gonna show us this wonderful things get back and allow your picks to be viewed
I hate when the original content maker is trying to deceive people. The first shot with all those bikers on the highway wasn't taken in Germany. Germany's highway system and traffic signs look differently. Also, the cops at the end of the bridge were not German. My tip: Portugal. But it doesn't matter. What matters is that it said "20,000 bikers Germany" - and that is simply not true.
It's sad that such a young person has to go. But the video is not real, there were only about 2-3000 bikers there. Kilian was German and there were many Germans there, but this video shows a parade of 20,000 US bikers who have nothing to do with this story at all.
That image of the huge flock of bikers on the highway is filmed in Brazil, only the moments filmed in the neighborhood are real. The Police had to organize the passing by to avoid the residents beeing harmed by noise or mixed in criminal bike clubs like hells angels and their enemy clubs. There already were some huge biker wars with hundreds of them in public.
@@Michael_from_EU_GermanyYes, because lies are lies. This was a magnificent story of human kindness, but too many viewers will look at the opening sequence, see it cannot be correct, and dismiss the entire story as hokum.
I am no fan of the outlaw biker gangs, but for things like this they are reliable. Even during a full blown gang war they will declare truce and ride side by side in full gang colours without any problem. And anybody breaking truce will have a serious problem with his own gang (in private, not in public).
@@Michael_from_EU_GermanyYES !!!!!! I hate it, shooting lies , just for getting audience, and i always will shout out The poor boy is used as a victim for that also. Think about that.

@Aaron_Hanson That's true! 🤗
Thank you, Jennifer, you're right.

Damn.... That's a double whammy of heartbreak right there 😭
Shh...... RIP, both of you.
Bless them,,,,every one ❤❤❤❤❤❤✌✌✌✌🙏🏻🙏🏻
That video gives me goose bumps and tears each time I watch it
This is definitely humanity at its finest!
We are so powerful when we get together. I wish the world and the leaders could see it and understand it.
Very emotional 😢

I noticed that too. Some ads next to the highway were in Portuguese probably from Brazil...

As a Geoguessr I can tell from the poles in the back that it is Brazil should be somewhere like the Minas Gerais or Sao Paulo region ;)
Yep. I thought it was Portugal, but trust Fillaaa. S/he's a Geoguesser, I'm just a wild guesser 🤣
20,000 bikes rolling by slowly, in 2nd gear, at 8,000rpm. That's how you make Krach (noise) !
the highway was closed for it, with police escort! Its the same like they do for demonstrations!
Ok, I've been watching this for the fifth(?) time now, and it's even more touching with your moving reaction. Thank you very much! 😇

Im a biker...this is the most amazing video. Thanks Joel.
Thank you for sharing this Joel. I can assure you my eyes weren't dry watching it.

Hello Joel. Poor kid! A bit different from the Dutch bikes.
After becoming a father, stuff like this messes me up everytime. RIP Kilian
With such an event it is a Must that the police was involved, or it would be illegal! Or Ordnungsamt, I didn't know the rules exactly.
watching this video for the ... 10th(?) time now - and it is still moving!
the first cine is usa
Brazil? Portuguese words?

Again this video, many clips in it aren't from the actual ride. They weren't even taken in Germany.

Do you have to make these statements here now? Under a video with the occasion?
That clearly could not be Germany. The huge roadside billboards gave it away in a second. 😢
