Great question. I'll love to see his power output... has to be insane. Jeff left him so behind and he was able to get him on the line.

Humble Jeff doesn't mention that he put out 1000-1300 watts at the end of the race for a full 15 continuous seconds to make this happen.

I started my (serious) cycling journey last year and raced my first crit in the UK last week and came 2nd! In equal measures I owe it to consistent, structured training and watching racecraft videos from Jeff and Trainer road. Thank you so much Jeff for the ever interesting content and know the time you put into these is enthusing a new generation of cyclists!

Shoutout to Miles. We were acquaintances in college and homie would put in 100+ mile days regularly solo. Was super humble about it and probably one of the strongest riders at our college. Cool to see him killing it out there with you guys.

That was awesome, the way you stitched it back up was wicked, seems like high level cycling iq coupled with the strength to carry out the task. Chris is clearly a beast as well. Geezer does a break away ride then can still hold your wheel and come around in the sprint.

    • @letsgo_inc

the benefit extends for over a bike length and Chris was moving from wheel to wheel catching whatever he could. So he still got his leadout big time
