This is such a great story. From every angle its as american as it gets. But the speed of word of mouth is much faster than when i was a young man. Lightening fast. I think that could be done at the food truck level and be real hit. Especially if you got some good boudin. Its one of the best things in the world to eat. Many different recipes. And right now im wishing there was a button on my tablet i could push that would give me a plate full of those bad boys. I bet you could freeze them and ship me some. Im from the south i can do the deep fry or whatever it takes to get em hot. Much success to them. Peace everyone.

Because food is an endlessly immersive experience that all humans aren't just required to have to live, but that they can enjoy.
